Ready When You Are

They were shown to the room where the ceremony would be held. The ceiling was high and made of glass above where they would stand in front of a priest, or whoever wed them for that matter. There were rows of chairs already set up for another wedding, the colors and flowers already set.

"The room is set right now for a wedding tonight, they're actually getting ready in the wedding suites I told you about, which we can still go look at." Judy said.

"But when it's your wedding, we change the tapestry and the flowers to the colors of your choice. The tapestry and flowers for this room are both done by us for free." Jerry said.

"This is beautiful, Bam." April said looking around the open room.

"Just don't fall in love with the first place you look at." Phil warned.

"Are you having everyone from the reception at the actual ceremony?" Sam asked.

Cheyenne looked up at Bam and but her lip. "I think we've decided to keep the ceremony a bit more family oriented."

"It would still be a larger group, just not the same amount as the reception." Cheyenne added.

"Well this room in particular would sit anywhere from 150 to 200 people comfortably." Jerry said.

"I'm sure that would be just fine." Bam looked at Cheyenne.

"Are your wedding colors Valentine's colors?" Judy asked.

"Absolutely not." Bam shook his head.

Cheyenne laughed and shook her head. "Well the attire we have set for our guests is black and white, but we've decided our colors will be black, white, silver, and purple."

Judy nodded and looked around. "We could very easily make that work."

"Now you allow them to have a wedding rehearsal for the wedding party and a rehearsal dinner, right?" Amy asked.

"Yes, the wedding rehearsal is no problem, the wedding rehearsal is done without a fee, but to have the rehearsal dinner it would be in the ball room and we do charge for food and drinks."

Cheyenne nodded and ran a hand through her bangs. "Can we see the suites?"

"Sure." Judy nodded and smiled, leading them out of the room. The had to leave the main building to walk over to the suites next door. It was still cold out, but it was a short walk.

"This is where the wedding party and the families of each of you would stay, the females would be in this wing, because it's the closest to our alter, and the boys are on the opposite side. I'll just show you into this suite because obviously we can't show the bride and groom suites today. But this is what the other smaller suites look like."

Sam led them all into a nice, open room. There were windows showing the lake and had colors that were meant to reflect the summer time. There was a small kitchen and a large bed, lots of space for clothes, dresses, etc.

After they looked around and got to peek at the groom and groomsmen get ready as well as the bridesmaid they headed back to the lobby. While they were away, everyone else was fed dinner and was in a large dining room together, talking and goofing off.

"Are we ready for the wine tasting?" Jerry asked.

Cheyenne nodded and smiled, sitting down with Bam and the rest of his friends.
