Beating Hearts

A young teen and her younger sister, Amelia, have fallen off the edge of a drop off in the middle of the woods. They land in a cave like area, awakened hours later and luckily without much injury that they know of. Two men approach them and the two stranded girls believe they are receiving help when suddenly they're brought through the tunnels. These two men force them into vampire territory.
