“Oh my god you look absolutely gorgeous!” said Jasmiina.

“You too Jaz,” said Raina smiling. Raina’s five bridesmaids entered the room.

“Ohh you look so beautiful!” said Sheena.

Raina stood in front a large mirror where she admired her appearance in her wedding gown. The front fell loosely over her stomach. She was happy she had finally gotten the stitches out of her neck and was able to walk down the aisle without them.

“Milan will absolutely love you in that dress,” said Rebecca.

In another room Milan had just finished getting his suit on. Tuukka came into the room and watched him straighten his tie.

“Nervous?” He asked Milan.

“No just excited,” he said making sure his hair looked in place.

“Jasmiina’s already making wedding plans.” said Tuukka smiling. “A few days after I gave her the ring she was writing a list of plans.” Milan made sure his vest looked straight. “Ready?” asked Tuukka.

“Yup,” said Milan. He took a deep breath and they left the room.

It was time to go. Raina met her father who was smiling lovingly at her.

“I’m so happy for you sweetheart,” he said, kissing her on the cheek. “You look so beautiful.”

“Thanks dad,” she said. He linked his arm with hers. They had rented out a function hall where the reception was to be held afterwards, and for everyone to get dressed in. They only had to walk around the building when they came out to the beautiful beach her and Milan had chosen to get married on. A long wooden aisle had been set up for her to walk down so she didn’t get her dress sandy or have her heels sink in. Raina saw all the smiling faces of Milan’s and her own family watching her happily. She saw Milan standing at the end, turned away from her. Jovan looked back at her smiling and leaned over and whispered something to Milan. Milan turned around and saw her walking towards him. A look of unconditional love and happiness spread across his face. She smiled back at him. When she walked up to him he whispered

“You look absolutely beautiful,”

“I love you,” she said smiling back at him. A cool breeze ran over them and she could hear the sound of the waves gently rolling onto shore. The sky was a beautiful deep orange, yellow, and pink with the setting sun. The priest began to talk. It was a fifteen minute ceremony and the two faced each other with the look of pure love on their faces, not saying anything until the priest said

“Milan Lucic do you take Raina Anastasia Julien to be your wife?”

“I do,” he said, looking into her eyes. He slipped the wedding ring onto her finger and then the priest talked again.

“Raina Anastasia Julien do you take Milan Lucic as your husband?”

“I do,” she took his wedding ring and slid it easily onto his finger.

“I now pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss the bride.” Milan didn’t hesitate to stride forward and press his lips to Raina’s. There was a roar of cheers as they looked into each others eyes.

“This is the happiest day of my life,” said Milan.

“Mine too,” said Raina. She jumped on him in a hug. He laughed and hugged her back. He picked her up bridal style and said

“I can’t for the reception and then to be all alone with you in our hotel room.” She gave him another long kiss before he carried her back down the aisle in his arms.
