Chapter Five
March 4th, 2011
Thursday
Milan’s and Raina’s Apartment, Boston, MA
8:08 A.M.
Raina woke up the next morning excited to be going out with Anna. She dressed her best, and put extra effort into how she looked. She let Milan sleep; he was exhausted from the previous night’s game. The hormones were on her side today. She was cheerful and had a spring in her step as she walked down to the parking garage where her car was. She hummed along with the radio as she drove down the street. She pulled into the parking lot of Rick and Anna’s apartment building. When she walked down the hall and up to room 223 she noticed the door was slightly opened. Confused and not wanting to intrude she called out
“Anna?” nobody answered. “Rick?” she pushed open the door to see a mess. She walked into the kitchen to see things scattered all over the tile floor. Broken plates, utensils, pans, and the toaster. Starting to feel worried, she looked into the bedroom to see nothing out of place. The first thing she noticed when she walked into the living room was that the furniture was all out of place. The couch, love seat, and coffee table were all tipped over. The cushions were everywhere; the TV had fallen and shattered. What she saw next made her scream. Anna’s broken and bleeding body lay motionless. Next to her was Rick, face down also bleeding badly. Anna’s big blue lifeless eyes were open staring straight at Raina.

I am a huge horror fan and I love criminology so I thought why not mix hockey with that and come up with a plot for my story that includes both lol. Sorry for the shortness of this one I wanted it to have a major cliffhanger but I'm posting two chapters a day now so I'll put up the next one later, probably when the Bruins game is on :) Hope they beat Tampa!!
