Jason McCann has spent the last year in jail for trying to bomb the Las Vegas Police. Once he's finally out, he's sent back to school.

It's at school he meets Annie.

Annie has very uptight parents and once they find out about her and Jason they convince her that he's nothing but trouble. Annie then tries to avoid Jason cause once a criminal always a criminal, right?

Jason then tires to convince Annie that he's changed, but will she listen?
