Lust for Knowledge

Closed Down

We were walking through Fred and George’s joke shop. I walked around the shop and looked at some vampire stuff,
“Made all this with you in mind.” Fred spoke,
“I’m sure you did.” I joked and picked up some sweets,
“Your mother was very kind enough to tell us how she makes all your blood sweets.” George spoke and the twins left me there, I shook my head as Harry walked over to me,
“We’re heading off now. Did you want anything?” Harry asked, I looked at the sweets then back at Harry,
“Not really.” I replied and smiled at him walking off towards the exit.

I stood outside with Ron and Hermione as we waited for Harry, he came out with a bag and held them towards me,
“Harry…” I spoke,
“Have them, let’s say I returned the favour with those pitchers you brought me in the 3rd year.” Harry smiled, I shook my head and taken the bag from him,
“Thank you, but you really didn’t have to.” I spoke as we walked down Diagon Alley.

“How are Fred and George doing it? Half the Alley’s closed down.” Hermione spoke,
“Fred reckons people need a laugh these days.” Ron spoke as I pulled out a sweet and chewed on it,
“I reckon he’s right.” Harry spoke.

We looked at a shop we all recognized,
“Oh, no.” Hermione spoke, “Everyone got their wands from Ollivander’s.” Hermione spoke as Harry opened the door. We stepped inside and looked around the destroyed shop.

“Harry? Is it me, or do Draco and Mummy look like two people who don’t want to be followed?” Ron asked, we all looked through the window and saw Draco with his mother walk down another street.

We left the shop and slowly followed them down, walking into a creepy part of the area. We saw them walk into ‘Borgin & Burke’. As we saw Draco walk in I looked back and ran up some stairs to see the light at the back of the shop turn on.

“Guys!” I whispered beckoning them over, “I’ll give you all a boost up.” I spoke, I stood with my back to the wall with my hands ready, Harry put his hands on my shoulders,
“Ready?” Harry asked, I nodded as he put his foot on my hands and we both pushed up, Harry pulled himself on the roof, next was Hermione to be pushed up, then Ron.

I stayed below so I could help them down if they needed it.

“What do you see?” I called quietly, nobody replied as Hermione waved her hand signaling me to shut up.

I folded my arms as they came back down.

“Something was going on in there.” Harry spoke as I helped the others get down, Harry was still on the roof as I stood with my hands on my hips.
“You jumping? Or are you going to set up a living room and a kitchen up there?” I asked, Harry shook his head as Harry jumped down, landing on my back, I put him down turning to all three of them.

Ron was looking at me a bit weird,
“What?” I asked,
“I find it scary that your stronger then all of us put together sometimes.” Ron spoke I laughed,
“Just be glad you’re not in my bad books.” I smirked and patted Ron’s back,
“I think it’s helpful that you are strong.” Hermione spoke,
“Yea, helpful when you can’t lift up all the books you’re reading at once.” I smirked as Harry and Ron chuckled, it did sound like something Hermione would do if I were there.
