Everyone thinks working for a hockey team is the best job in the world, and for Alyssa who's been doing it for two seasons--going on her third--she couldn't agree more. She gets to take in the games, travel all around the United States and Canada (and soon Europe too) with the team, and best of all, she has some of the best friends a girl could ask for; the Chicago Blackhawks.
With the 2009-2010 season about to kick off, Alyssa and her best friend, Aimee, who has also grown close to the team, finally meet the two newest Blackhawks that have been creating a buzz around the city of Chicago--Marian Hossa and Tomas Kopecky.
With his Blackhawks debut still months away because of a shoulder injury, Marian sets his sights on rehabilitation and maybe getting a date with Alyssa, who has her sights set on one of his teammates. Tomas however, his role already solidified with the team, focuses his time thinking of new ways to piss Aimee off, something he's been doing since the second they met.
