CHAPTER 18
“Sopheap meet me at my locker” Brianna said. It was the end of the school day. Alex was at Sopheap’s locker.
“Are you gonna tell me now why you were hiding it from me?”
“Umm no”
“Come on just tell me!”
“I’m sorry I have to go” She went to Brianna’s locker.
“Oh my god, Alex keeps bugging me about it!”
“Than tell him the truth!”
“Never” They walked outside together. Sopheap was going over Brianna’s house. When they got to Brianna’s house Sopheap’s phone rang.
“Hello”
“Hey it’s Brendon”
“Oh my god, I miss you so much!”
“I missed you too!”
“No I was literally crying!”
“Nah uh”
“Yes uh because in math I had to use the glasses you gave me and I just broke down crying” Sopheap could hear Ryan calling him in the background.
“Hey hun, I got to go Ryan needs me”
“ok love you”
“Love you too” He hung up.
“So what did he want?” Brianna asked her.
“Oh he was just saying hi and stuff”
“Did you tell him about Alex?”
“Never!”
“Don’t you ever wonder if they were friends or something?”
“Yeah but still I’m not gonna tell Alex that I think he’s hot! That’s so embarrassing!”
“You tell Brendon he’s hot all the time!”
“Well he’s my boyfriend duh!”
“Well Alex is a boy and he is your friend”
“Bri, get over it I’m not telling him”
“Fine whatever” They spent their day listening to Infinity on High and they were jumping around on the bed singing to it.
The next couple of days Alex didn’t say one word to Sopheap. Sopheap was pretty bugged out about that. She went up to him after school one day and said
“Fine Alex, you wanna know why I was hiding it from you?”
“Yeah, why?”
“Because I think you’re hot and you know Brendon and you would probably tell him.” He just stared at her. “Umm aren’t you gonna say something?” He grabbed
Her face and kissed her.
“What are you doing?” she pulled him away from her.
“I am dating BRENDON!”
“I know you are” Sopheap walked away and couldn’t believe what just happened.
When she got home she went to call Brianna right away.
“Hello”
“Oh my god Bri! I needa talk to you”
“Yeah”
“Well I told Alex why I was hiding it” Brianna interrupted her.
“That’s great”
“No it isn’t”
“What? Why?”
“Because he kissed me”
“Oh my god! How could you! You’re with Brendon!”
“I know but he kissed me!”
“It takes two people to kiss”
“I feel so bad. I’m gonna tell Brendon”
“What? Are you mad woman?” Sopheap laughed.
“No but I feel really bad and I want our relationship to be honest; no lies”
“Do whatever you think is best for your relationship”

BRENDON'S P.O.V.
My phone rang. It read Sopheap Urie. I picked it up
“Hello”
“Hey”
“Hi hun, what’s up?”
“Umm can I tell you something?” I knew it was something bad.
“You promise you won’t get mad at me?”
“I promise”
“Well you told me day one that you always wanted our relationship to have no lies so I’m not gonna lie about anything”
“ok”
“Well do you know an Alex?”
“Alex what?”
“Raposa?”
“Oh yeah I know him”
“Well he’s new in my school and we kissed” Oh my god, what did she just say?
“Wait what?”
“We kissed” I hung up the phone on her.
