After Two-Bit so happily told the gang of Cynthia and Ponyboy's...well, you know, I realized I had to go to work. So I left the Curtis house an hour later and got ready.

When I got to work, all the girls glared at me. I figured it was because I was back with Sodapop and they were just jealous. I mean, I would be too, but I have Sodapop. He's mine! MINE MINE MINE! I held back the urge to let out a maniac laugh, and got back to work. Things were slow today...very slow.

After work...

I walked slowly down the sidewalk. It was near midnight and no one was around. The streetlights were the only thing illuminating my way home. I felt so alone and kind of freaked out. Not that I was afraid of Socs, but this is like a total horror movie.

All of a sudden, someone came out of the bushes and tackled me down. I heard a loud crack and my head began to pulse. It was a very intense pain. The last thing I remember, was being dragged into a car...
