Just as she promised, Eastyn arrived at the Captain’s condo a half hour later.
“Eastyn is here!” Kaner shouted from the entry way.
“Hey girl!” Brent nodded at her from the couch.
“What have you guys done in here?” Eastyn raised an eyebrow at the mess in the living room. “It looks like a tornado came through here.”
“Well, maybe I like it this way.” Jonathan said as he stood up.
“Oh do you?” She put her hands on her hips.
“Not really, we’ve just been here all day.” He leaned down to kiss her. “Hi there.”
“Hi to you too.” She smiled widely.
“Okay love birds.” Sharpy threw a pillow at the couple.
“Hey! Don’t damage the goods!” Jonathan threw the pillow back.
“I take offense to that! I have a name!” Eastyn pushed him.
“I was talking about myself…” Jonathan looked at her and smiled playfully.
“Dork.” Eastyn pushed him lightly.
“Eastyn!!!” Kaner ran up to the redhead and held up his phone. “She’s calling.”
“Answer!!” Eastyn waved her arms.
“Uhh hey Gemma.” Kaner said nervously. Eastyn grabbed a notebook and pen.
What’s she saying?
“Oh this Saturday? I have a game, yeah.”
Ask if she wants to go!
“Ask her if she wants to do what?!” Kaner whispered. “Oh no not you, I was talking to my, uhh, friend.”
GO! Ask her if she wants to GO!
“Oh! Hey Gemma, would you like to come to the game?” Kaner instantly smiled. “Great, I will see you on Saturday then.”
