Demise.

Prosper had decided to take a walk into the park to get some time away from his house. His mom was having yet another guy over and he looked like a big drug addict. He didn’t need to see that and Prosper swore that if he even came across a crack pipe he was having his mother admitted to a rehab as soon as possible.

Prosper bought a hotdog from a local street vender and walked through the park. He hasn’t eaten something this good in a long time so he swallowed it down like it had legs and was about to escape.

Prosper had looked over near the jungle gym and saw Norah sitting with Tallulah on her lap while her brother Liam and Cj played. He walked over to them and sat next to her.

“Hey.”

“Hi.”

Prosper waved to Tallulah and she grinned reaching for him. He took her from Norah and gave her a small hug and a light kiss on the cheek.

“Did you come here to bother me Prosper? Are you stalking me now?”

“Oh lighten up Norah I didn’t know you were here. I just thought you might need some help knowing you have three kids here all by yourself.”

She groaned in frustration.

“I don’t need your help Prosper! Okay? Can you just leave me alone?”

Prosper set Tallulah back down on Norah’s lap and got up putting his hands in his pockets.
“Alright Norah, call me if you want to have some real fun.”

“I’m not interested in your kind of fun, don’t you get that?” she spat.

“You honestly don’t know what I’m talking about then if you’re jumping down my throat. I’ll see you later Norah.”

Prosper began to walk away and Norah sat there and watched him slightly biting her lip.

What is he trying to pull? She thought.

Prosper started to walk around the corner and looked back slightly and she was still looking at him. This was going to be hard, but he wasn’t giving up. He was really starting to come out of his player ways and he actually was starting to feel some sort of an affection towards Norah.. But it wasn’t going to be easy at all.

He needed help, and he knew just the person to go to.
