Loving the odd

The stench of wet dog filled my nostrils, a shudder ran through my bones as I could feel fur against my flesh, my body began to shake as fear rose inside me. A growl rumbled next to my ear followed by wetness against my neck and face,opening my eyes slightly I found indeed a large wolf stood beside me it's nose buried into my neck sniffing eagerly, the wolfs head shot up as I slight whimper arose from my throat. Climbing round me the wolf stood over me looking down at my fear filled face, I stared up into the wolf's deep green eyes looking almost human, i reached out to touch the wolf but its nose flared with rage. The wolf growled whilst staring at my throat, i watched as it maneuvered to my side with a clear view of my throat, I clenched my eyes shut as the wolf lunged at me afraid I was in fact it's prey. The wolf's teeth clamped down into the muscle of my arm, A deathly scream full of pain escaped my throat, The wolf clamped further down into my arm puncturing deep into the muscle,whimpering I bit down hard on my lip. Maybe I was this wolf,s prey all along, well this is it, it's over. No more torture, no more haunting. The pain in my arm was excruciating as the wolf began tearing at my flesh, I lay screaming with pain unable to keep silent. The night grew dark and empty leaving me here as the wolf's prey.
