In his hands is a journal. Leather bound, beat up, and frayed edges. In it is the closest thing you'll ever come across on how he thinks. After a few pages of senseless doodles, it appears something is worth reading.
Amy Roberts. Grade 9. Age 15. This was written almost three years ago. His handwriting hadn't changed all that much. The next few lines contained notes on her school work, home life, and friends. And then: start date- September twenty ninth. End date- November second. 0-1, Cooper.
