Death to a Blonde

Matt arrived a few minutes later.

"I read your note." He smiled. "I really liked it but Matt i just don't know if I can trust you." Darnit tears were coming out. "And-" I couldn't find anythign to say. He embraced me and I just hugged him back. I didn't know what else to do.

We stayed like that for what seems like hours. I was still crying. I became tired again and I pulled back. I layed down and Matt squezzed in next to me. I layed my head on his chest and closed my eyes. I invisisioned the good days when I could trust Matt. Those days were long gone.

Matt drove me home from the hospital after my parents signed me out. We sat in silence. "Does this me you forgive and forget?" "Forgive no, forget I'll try."

I got out the car. He got out too. "Well at least let me take you on a date tonight. A fresh start." I turned around and smiled. "I would like that."
