Chapter 2 (Part 2)
1 hour and a half later...
"Are there any relatives of Elle Lucic here?" a lady doctor in purple scrubs asked. It took me a few seconds to process the fact that she had said "Elle Lucic" and not Elle's fake last name, "Kelly". I stood up while saying,
"Yeah, I'm her older brother." The lady eyed me down quickly before saying,
"Follow me." And then we went behind the doors and she led me down a very long hallway. Finally, we stopped in front of Room 202B.
"Your sister is inb here, and yes, she is awake." And then, the doctor in the purple scrubs left.
I timidly opened the door to the room and when it was finally open, I could see Ellie staring blankly at the ceiling with her arm in a wrap and her leg hanging by a levitating sling/rope. When she sees me, her face lights up like a Christmas tree.
"Milan, hey!!! Why ar you here?" she asks. I sit down next to her on the hospital bed and say,
"Because, my baby sister is in the hospital... duh. So, how're you feeling?"
"Well, my leg hurts and so does my arm, and well every other freaking part of my body!" she shouted. I laughed and said,
"Well, what did you expect to feel like after everything that you went through today? Pure happiness, pure bliss, and no pain at all? I mean dude, you just got hit by a fucking car and you flipped over in yours!!!" She just scowled and glared at me.
"I told Bergy about you." I said after a few moments of silence. Her head snaps up and she stares at me in amazement.
"Did you really? Why?" she asks. I just shrug, not wanting to tell her about how much I have been sucking at practice.
"Anyway, I was also wondering if maybe you wanted to move in with me." I asked her. She looked at me taken back.
"Are you serious?" When I nodded, she went on by saying,
"I'd love to!!! But, what about Pam and Rex? I can't just ditch them."
"We'll work that out later, I promise. But for now, you just focus on getting better." I said while kissing the top of her head. She nodded, snuggled close to me and instantly fell asleep. I smiled at her sleeping form while saying to myself,
"I'm doing the right thing... right?"

FYI: this is not one of those slashes where the brother and sister get together... Ellie WILL find her own boyfriend and... well, im not gonna say. ThanksNo songs for this chapter: i wrote it while watching the Titanic... worst movie ever!!!! but, my little brother was watching it sooo... though i dont know why he is... i mean hes only like in 5th grade... grrr.... i hate that movie...
