You Got Me.

I've got a secret.

Was it wrong for me to feel a bit hurt that Oli was pushing me to go out with Matty?

Not that I didn't like Matt. I mean, yes I was a bit drunk last night and said he was cute but what did that mean?

After all this Ben stuff I didn't want to date right now, but apparently Oli thought it would be a good idea?

I was lost in thought as we sat at some place we went to eat breakfast. I was now playing with my food. The thought of eating went away a bit back.

"Hey, yeh ok?" I heard and looked up to see Oli staring at me concerned.

"Oh. Yeah."

His eyes narrowed at me as if he didn't believe me. Which I should have known he would see right through me. He knew me better than anyone else.

"So are yeh ok?" He repeated and I rolled my eyes. See what I mean.

"I'm fine. Now stop asking me that."

"Did she juss get an attitude wif yeh? This whole London fing is changin lil shy, sweet Maria." Tom said laughing.

"Is not."

"Yeah it's why we're leavin."

"Leaving?" I asked looking at Oli.

"Yeah."

"Back to Sheffield?" I asked nervously. I wasn't ready to go back. For reasons like Ben.

"No love. Juss anotha road trip."

"When?"

"When we get done here." He said calmly as he went back to eating.

"And you're just now telling me?"

"Did it matta?"

"Well no...I guess not."

Once we were done eating we headed back to the hotel so we could all get our things and go our seperate ways. Once we reached our floor Matt grabbed my arm pulling me to a stop as Tom and Oli kept walking.

"Hey." I said curiously and he chuckled, "Hi. So...when yeh get back ta Sheffield I was wonderin if yeh might wanna go on a date wif me...."

"I mean, if yeh wanna..." he said rubbing his neck nervously and I couldn't help but smile at how cute he was being.

"Yeah. That would be cool..."

"Yeah?" He asked a bit happier and I couldn't help but giggle, "Yes, Matt."

Well if Oli wanted me to so badly I will.

He smiled, "well, that wasn't so bad..."

I laughed, "should it be?"

"Well no, I juss fought Oli was fuckin wif meh when he said yeh liked meh."

I smiled, "why? You are cute."

His cheeks turned red, "oh fanks."

"I've gotta go before Oli kills me."

"Oh yeah...well um..."

"And you say I'm the shy one..." I said picking up on his nerves.

He laughed, "Yeh make meh nervous. Sorrah."

I couldn't help but smile. He was simply adorable.

"So...can I text yeh or somefin?"

I nodded, "Yeah. Of course. You have my number."

"Great. Um, be careful. Oli isn't tha safest driva."

I giggled, "I know. You guys be careful too."

He gave me a grin before we both went into our rooms.

"Mhm what was that bout?" Oli mumbled as he zipped up his bag.

"Nothing. Well he asked me on a date when we get back home."

"Mhm." He mumbled and I started making sure I had everything.

"What does mhm mean?" I asked grabbing up my bag.

"It means ok."

"No. When you have nothing to say it means I want to say something but I'm not going to because I don't want to hurt you." I said placing my hands on my hips.

He sighed and looked up at me, "Fine. I don't want yeh datin him. There." He said grabbing his bag and taking mine from me.

"Why not? He's your friend."

"Exactly. He's my mate and if yeh two go out and say it does not work out it's gonna be propa awkward for everyone and seein as how I can't always pick any otha side but yehs then that could be a problem for meh and him." He said and I crossed my arms, "Oliver, yesterday you were all for it!"

"Yeah, well I changed my mind." He said walking past me and out the door.

What was going on with him!

"Oliver Sykes stop right now." I said following him out quickly. He stopped and turned around causing me to almost fall on him because I didn't actually expect him to stop.

"What is your deal?"

"I don't have one."

"Yes you do. What's with the bi-polarness?"

"Is that even a word?" He asked with an raised eyebrow.

"It is now. Don't change the subject!"

"Maybe London is changin yeh..."

"Stop it!"

"Hey I like yeh hair like this..." he said twisting a strand around his finger.

I slapped his hand and he smiled probably knowing I was now extremely frustrated with him.

"Ugh! Whatever!" I said and I shoved past him to the elevator.

"So we're goin ta Birmingham."

"Don't talk to me..."

He began laughing and I rolled my eyes waiting to get out of the elevator with him.

Once we got into the car I just stared out the window not wanting to talk even though he was testing me because he put linkin park in again.

I heard him chuckle from beside me and I rolled my eyes not bothering to look at him.

"Oh come on Maria..." he finally said after a few songs had played and I was still silent.

He grabbed my hand that was resting on my thigh and I looked over at him.

"I'm sorrah."

I shrugged and he spoke again, "Yeh still mad at meh."

"Yes. I'm mad. When I try to talk to you seriously you always avoid it and make a joke out of it."

He sighed, "I'm propa sorrah love. I don't know what else ta say. Yeh wanna talk now? We have a long drive and I'm all ears."

He removed his hand from mine and turned the radio off causing the car to grow quiet.

I shook my head no and he reattached his hand to mine.

"Fine. I'll talk. No, I don't want yeh ta date Matt. I don't reallah have a reason why. I juss fought bout it and I don't want yeh to, ok? All that shit wif Ben juss happened and of course, I know Matt wouldn't touch yeh, but I juss fink it's too soon." He said seriously.

"That's all you had to say Oliver."

"I know. I'm sorrah. Don't be mad at meh." He said kissing the top of my hand and a part of me was oddly relieved that he didn't want me with Matt. I wasn't sure why, but I was...

"I'm not. It just frustrates me when you do that."

"I know. I'll work on it. I swear."

I nodded and he kissed my hand once more before returning it to where it was before.

"So are we going to Birmingham to get away from Matt?" I asked with a smirk and he laughed, "No. Not quite."

"Then we are going for no reason?"

"No. There is a reason. I have a surprise for yeh. I fink it will redeem meh for today for sure."

"Oli, remember last time you tried to surprise me?"

"Oh this time there isn't a waitress to tell yeh and it doesn't involve a band."

"Great..."

"Yeh gonna love it and juss know, I muss love yeh a hell of a lot ta put myself inta this torture I'll have ta endure."

I raised my eyebrow curiously, "so something you don't like?"

"Right."

"Well that's about everything!" I said jokingly and he shot me a look causing me to laugh, "Just kidding."

"Mhm." He said with a grin.

Once we got into Birmingham we found a hotel and got a room.

"Yeh got an hour." Oli said throwing our things on the floor.

"I'm just going to change. Well, what are we doing?"

"Well, I mean, I wouldn't wear a tank top." He said with a grin.

"Ugh." I mumbled and he laughed as I grabbed a simple summer dress from my bag.

When I came out from the bathroom after changing and fixing my hair and make up Oli had changed himself and was fixing his hair in the mirror.

"You're the only guy I know who could pull off a cardigan." I said chuckling as I tugged on the bottom of his shirt.

He laughed, "fanks?"

"It's cute."

He grinned and stopped messing with his hair.

"Are yeh ready? Yeh gonna need a sweata love. It's gonna get chilly the lata it gets or are yeh tryin ta get my cardigan?" He asked crossing his arms and I laughed, "How did you know?"

"Oh, I know yeh betta then yeh know yehself."

"I'll be fine. Unless it's outside?"

"No. It's not."

"Then let's go. I'm excited!" I said grabbing his hand and he laughed as we walked to the door.

"Why are we walking?" I asked once we went in the opposite direction of the car.

"Cause it's not that far love." He said as we crossed the street.

We walked for few more minutes until we came up to a huge theater.

I looked at him confused and he smiled as he pulled me closer.

"I got us tickets."

"To see who?"

"It's not rellah a who..."

Once we reached the door he smiled, "wanna know?"

"No..." I said rolling my eyes clearly joking.

"They have a show in town I fought yeh might wanna catch." He said pulling me into the place.

"Oli tell me!"

"The wizard of oz." He said and I gasped, "Really?!" I asked excitedy causing him to laugh, "Yeah really. It's why I said I must love yeh cause yeh know I hate that movie."

I wrapped my arms around him quickly and he held me to him.

"Does that make up for earlier?" He asked into my hair.

"Definitely! I love it and you. Thank you." I said kissing his cheek happily.

"No problem, love."

I grabbed his hand excitedly and he chuckled as we went to find where we needed to be. Once we got seated I was a bit giddy with excitement and Oli laughed, "yeh so excited I feel like I took a twelve year old ta meet that bieber kid."

"Well, do you know him?" I asked jokingly. He chuckled and slid his arm onto the back of my chair.

"Afraid not, love."

"Then this will do."

He laughed and kissed my cheek, "I'm happy yeh like it."

Once the show started I tuned everything out until it ended. Once it was over and everyone began to leave I looked over at Oliver who was already looking at me a grin on his lips.

"So?"

"It was amazing. Like whether you like that movie or not you had to admit it was good!"

He smiled, "Yeah, it wasn't too bad."

"I know."

He brushed my hair behind my ear and leaned in kissing my cheek.

"I love makin yeh happy." He whispered before grabbing my hand up and pulling me from my chair.

We walked outside silently and started our journey back to the hotel.

"Hey, let meh call Tom back he's been blowin up my phone." He said as he stared at his phone in his hand. I nodded as we came to a stop and he leaned against the building putting his phone to his ear.

I stood there watching him as he talked to his brother which reminded me that I should get my phone from him because my parents were probably irate with me and my brothers were probably on a man hunt for Oli thinking he kidnapped me or something outrageous.

I'd worry about that later though because for some reason all I could concentrate on at the moment was how exceptionally adorable Oliver looked tonight. I wasn't really sure why I noticed that. Not that I ever thought Oli was unattractive but it's never been something I found myself thinking about. He was just Oli to me, but tonight I couldn't help but notice how perfectly his hair fell and how cute he was when he laughed.

I bit my lip as he shoved his phone back into his pocket.

"What?" He asked and I shook my head as I crossed my arms.

he took the few steps to me and wrapped his arms around me, "Are yeh cold?"

"Yeah I mean I didn't know we would be standing outside or I would have brought a jacket."

He chuckled, "I'm sorrah. I forgot. But I shall give yeh my sweata. I know yeh wanted it anyways." He said removing his arms from me.

"No keep it."

"Maria, I have a shirt on as well, yeh have nuffin but these fings that shouldn't even be called straps." He said picking up the strap hanging on my shoulder.

"Fine."

"I wasn't askin anyways." He said pulling off his cardigan.

"You never do."

He gave me a smile as he helped me put it on.

"Looks cuter on yeh anyways." He said as he gently pulled my hair out from under the sweater.

He brushed my hair behind my ear and kissed my forehead.

"Come on. Let's go." He whispered linking his hand with mine.

The feeling that was now hanging in my stomach was something I was confused about. That nervous, butterfly feeling around Oliver had never occurred and it began to worry me.

Maybe it would go away...right?
