"No," she said through her teeth, "No I'm not."
"Just admit it, Parker. You've never felt truly at peace so you run away. You blame your problems on the world, and then on him. When really you're just a scared girl," he said.
"What am I scared of then?" she countered.
"You're scared of the person you used to be before you ruined yourself."
"You have no idea what you're talking about."
He sighed in frustration and stood. He moved towards the door but looked at her before he left, "You think you're in the middle of some epic love story when really that feeling in the pit of your stomach... is just the demons of your past."
