Status: Thinking 'bout it

Twinfestation

Freezer Burn

Dinner did nothing for my growling stomach. And my growling stomach did no for my desire to go to sleep. With night blurred eyes, I sat up and swung my feet over the edge of the bed, breathing in the cool air that slunk through my window.

Slowly walking down the hall, I contemplated what to eat that wasn't milk because I couldn't sleep with that taste in my mouth. I finally decided and walked into Silver's room, quietly opening the door and maneuvering around the few things on the floor. My eyes had adjusted, allowing me to see the ball of a too-small boy curled up in a blanket, a bear clutched to his chest.

"Silver. Silver wake up." The late hour made me whisper even though I knew no one would hear. I stepped over him on his bed and sat cross legged in front of him, gently pulling the bear away. For some unknown reason, it always woke him up. The same thing when Silvia woke up and crawled away and lately when Cali decides to move to a different stop. I think he just likes the feel of fur and hair.

He squirmed and tried to stretch his legs out of the pouch he'd rolled them into, reaching for the missing bear with closed eyes. He looked to cute, even in the dark. Messy hair outlined on a dark bed and thin arms reaching for the only thing keeping him in the blissful state of sleep. I felt cruel, taking it away from him, but my growling stomach pushed all guilt aside.

"Mmmhhh." He moaned frustratedly as his eyes opened slowly. "Say? That you? What are you doing in here?"

I couldn't help but to smile at his morning cracked voice, hoping his eyes weren't fast to adjust and couldn't see it. Before I had a chance to answer, my stomach did for me.

A sleepy smile crept onto his face as he struggled his way out of his blanket. "Right. I see." He stood and stretched his arms high, yawning as he leaned back as far as he could -which was pretty damn far- and proceeded to walk out of the room. Like I lost duck, I shook out of my fantasy and quickly trailed him to the kitchen.

Sometimes, I swear he knew what he was doing to me and just liked to taunt, teas, and test me. His over-sized long sleeved gray shirt fell over one shoulder to revel smooth looking skin that I wanted so bad to touch. A corner of the end of the shirt had somehow gotten tucked into his neon blue briefs, lifting it up just so I had a full shot of his thin cloth covered ass. Those perfect round globes, that screamed to be squeezed, moved over smooth looking legs that needed to be grabbed and stroked and wrapped around my waist where they belonged.

"What do you want?" Silver's voice disappointingly but thankfully stopped my mind from going any further.

"Whatever." I answered as I grabbed a stool and sat at the breakfast bar, deciding against telling him what I really wanted. "Just-"

"No milk, got it." He gave me a sleepy smile before taking the hair tie from around his wrist and pulling whatever hair was long enough to fit in it. Torturing me even farther, he leaned over to get a pan from the cabinet. Not thinking logically again, he raised onto his toes when he was having trouble reaching, only making it harder. With his ass pointed high in the air, his briefs slipped down the slightest bit and when he squatted to get the pan they threatened to slip down farther.

"hih who eh hoh ho ighh that permission slip?" He asked through a yawn as he got the butter and cheese out of the fridge. As he reached up to get the bread my mind roamed to thoughts of standing behind him and wrapping my arms around his small waist to pull him to me, just standing there with his body pressed to mind.

God, he was driving me crazy. He looked so cute and unbearably sexy at the same time. So bed wrangled and skillfully, adorably, perfectly.....god, my head was spinning. It may have been my lack of sleep that made this more torturous that usual, but I still knew I wasn't going to last like this much longer.

"Did you?" He asked as I looked over him from behind again and again.

"Sorry, did I what?"

"Get mom to sign the permission slip for the trip. Johna asked me to make sure you didn't forget again."

"Oh, yeah, it's in my bag."

"Good. I didn't want to have to suffer a death by Mexican boobs." There was a moment of confusion but after a second I laughed with him about the inside joke. Not just because it was funny, but I needed a distraction from my rampant imagination.

Silver's grill cheeses are possibly the best food ever. Not only because I was starving or even because he made them, which made them the best all on its own. I'm actually not sure why they're so good, they're just the best thing I've ever tasted. But, now that I think about it, it's probably the sugar that he puts in it. He loves it, to say the least. He's an addict to say the most.

Sitting next to me at the corner, he smiled and looked up through those beautiful lashes. "You're a loser, I hope you know that."

"Me?" I laughed. "I'm not the one who sleeps with a teddy bear."

"Shut up!" The blush that crept up his face turned his cheeks a light pink, the sight making me stir. "It's warm and cuddle-able. I'm cold and lonely."

I could fix that

"We're a perfect match." He continued. "Besides, I cant find any other way to keep warm and it at least gives me the illusion of warmth"

"You could always sleep with me." I didn't mean for it to sound that way, I meant it to be as a joke. But the way the words came out, almost wishful and sad, made him look at me, study me.

"Maybe I'll take you up on that offer." He finally said, completely and fully serious. Quite for a moment, he looked at me with a small, shyly devilish smile before quickly looking away. "So, did you ever perfect that song? I've heard you though the walls a few times."

"Uh, yeah. No, I mean no, not yet." Slightly confused and fully erect, I tried to will myself down as I looked anywhere but Silver's cute face. Luckily the cool air from outside seeped through the walls and covered everything. Unfortunately that included Silver, the sound of his legs rubbing together drifting up to my ears.

I dared a glance over at him and my eyes stuck as usual. His arms were pulled in as tight as possible and he moved his head, instead of his arms, down to take a bite of his sandwich. He'd pulled the hair tie out and hair fell over his ears as he rubbed his cheek against his bear shoulder.

"Y-you know," He stuttered and shivered, continuing our conversation about who knows what. It's not like I could pay any attention to something other than his cute pink cheeks. Even though he looked freezing, he still smiled over at me and blinked his shining green eye sleepily.

"Silver, are you cold?" I asked, just to see what he'd say.

"Eh, only a little." He lied. Reaching over to pull his shirt over his shoulder, goose bumps almost immediately sprang up when my fingertips brushed his skin, a shiver going through him. Almost killing me, he closed his eyes, leaned towards my fingers in pure, unconscious bliss and softly said. "My god, you're warm."

Against my better judgment, I kept my hand on his shoulder. The smooth skin underneath was colder than ice, it surprised me his teeth weren't chattering. I lied to myself and said it was only to warm him when I ran my hand up his neck and cupped his face. He didn't seem to care or notice how much I enjoyed the touch, only focused on the warm trail it left. Leaning into my touch, he shivered again and again as more and more goose bumps broke out on the exposed skin of his shoulder.

He kept leaning for it when I tried to pull my hand away, for my own good, before I completely lost it. I know it was just his reaction because I was warm, but my mind was still dreaming and was tipping into the realm of the impossible. Maybe the same buzz that his contact set off in my chest set off in his too.

Before he had a chance to slip out of his chair completely, I quickly pulled my hand away and caught him by the waist, pushing him back. Immediately, his hand flew to his side to cover mine and he shivered again, long and violent. Even through his clothes, he was freezing, as was the hand that covered mine. With the movement in my chest and the vicious tingle running through every inch of my body, I only felt warmer the more his cold body made contact with me.

"Can I just hug you?" He asked and his arms were around my shoulders before I had a chance to respond. "Oh god. You're like a walking heater."

"Uh, yeah." His smooth legs brushed against my dangling hand as he leaned all his weight onto me. To my surprise, I stayed down even after he let go to put the dishes into the sink.

Yawning, he stretched out again, this time giving me a full view of the lump in his briefs before his shirt lowered to cover it again. "I'm going back to bed. It's Wednesday, right? I should probably show up for school one day this week."

"It's not like it'll do much good. The teachers have no idea what they're talking about."

He shrugged. "Yeah, but they can tell me where to find things in the book. At least they're that useful."

"Eh, I guess so." I shrugged and tried to keep a safe distance from him as we walked back to our rooms. I must say, I was doing a pretty shitty job of it, not only considering I couldn't help but be close to him, but also because he was almost attaching himself to me until he passed his room.

"Night, Say Say." He yawned.

"Nigh Silver."

Laying in bed, I waited until the over heated buzzing feeling left before even attempting to sleep. I reached down and played with the carpet as my mind drifted into several different directions, as usual.

The buzzing feeling always reminds me of every time I've ever felt it, every time I touched his perfect white skin. Sadly, it reminded me of a few days earlier when he was crying out of stress and frustration. He was sitting almost in the same position as Monday, when he was worrying about what our father would think when he came out. I don't know why he was so sure our father wouldn't accept him, he had more reasons to think he would than wouldn't. Okay, he had one reason to believe he would, but that more than he dose to believe he wouldn't. Of course, those are only the reasons I know of, I know he has more. He has to have a good one, I just don't care enough to have to see the look on his face when I ask.

The look on his face was so close to the look he had for months, after the bitch known as Melisa broke his heart. He wasn't dating her, they were just best friends, better than him and Ash. But even a friend can break your heart when they leave you. And she even had the audacity to smile at me, like she did nothing to my brother, like it wasn't her fault I had to see him constantly sad for months. What kind of heartless bitch would do that to such a perfect boy and walk away like nothing was wrong? What kind of person could live with themselves after that?

I let go of the carpet that I was beginning to rip off the ground. The simple thought of it made me heat up in anger, a unpleasant burning feeling setting my skin on fire. Rubbing my hands over my face, it felt like burning metal, hotter than what Laren had felt inside of the demolished car. I sat up and griped the back of my shirt, pulling it over my head and throwing it on the floor with the rest of the crap that I've been meaning to clean up for the past month. It didn't help cool my off, but I was grateful for the lack of fabric rubbing against my skin, it only made me more aware of what wasn't rubbing against me.

After awhile of laying there I looked over at the clock, confused at the earlier time, but disregarded it and went back to sleep. I hadn't been asleep too long before the sound of a opening door and clumsy foot steps made their way to my bed.

"Say? Are you awake?" A quite voice asked.

Turning my head, I opened my eyes and waited a moment before I saw Silver's face just inches from mine. My breath caught at his closeness and I quickly answered, hoping he hadn't heard it.

"Yeah." I heard my own voice crackle. "Why are you up? Is something wrong?"

"...No." He said hesitantly, his voice clear. "I'm cold. Can I sleep in here....with you?"

A smile crept onto my face, partially from his hesitation and partially from happiness. I had hoped he'd take me up on the offer but I hadn't expected him to. He'd slept in my bed before, but it was usually during the summer when we sat there talking or watching videos online until late hours and he just knocked out. His cool body kept me from dieing, even with the AC on, but at the same time melted my insides. I erased the thoughts of me having the same effect on him and tried to settle on the fact that it was only because I was warm and he was freezing.

I moved over to the cooler spot near the wall to make room for him. "Come on."

Crawling up on the bed, he immediately shivered and let out a relaxed sigh that sent goosebumps skimming over my skin. My eyes had adjusted enough to see that now he wasn't wearing a shirt, having planed to sleep with me in nothing but his neon blue briefs. I threw the blanket over him so I would stop starring and he grabbed onto it quick, holding it to him for dear life.

"Everything's so warm." He said in a almost breathless way. "Oh god, give me your arm."

"um...okay?" Confused, I held my arm out towards him. "Why?"

Suddenly, he grabbed me and wrapped my arm around his freezing waist, placing my hand on the small of his back and covering it with his. Shiver after shiver ran through him and I could feel goosebumps popping up on his skin too. Scooting closer to me, he curled up just so his icy knees were hitting my stomach and frozen forehead brushing my chest.

"Oh god," His breath spread over my chest, somehow freezing too. "Why are you so..... warm?"

As he said it, he ran his cold hand up my arm and let it rest on my shoulder. By now I was sure he knew what he was doing to me, he knew and was teasing me to be cruel. So cute and innocent and perfectly cruel.

Lifting up his head, he did something else that was more surprising and less innocent than anything else he'd done to me that night. Running his slightly warmer hand up even farther, he gently ran over the skin of my neck and cupped my face, causing me to look down. He looked up at me the way I only saw in my dreams and that's when I realized it.

Trying to stay asleep for just a second longer, I cursed myself for even thinking. Of course it was a dream, of course. What else would it be, reality? Yeah right, like reality is that good, especially to me.

Sighing, I crawled out out of bed, realizing I had left the window open and that was were all the cool skin was coming from. Walking down the hall, I carefully opened Silver's door and knelled next to his bed. Slowly taking the bear from his arms, I watched again at he blindly reached for it and finally opened his eyes.

I waited a minute as he squinted against the light coming in from the open door. Slowly, a small smile spread over his face. "Hungry?"

"Yeah." I nodded

He stood and stretched in his over-sized pants and shirt, then headed to the kitchen. I sat at the breakfast bar and watched as he made macaroni and added little amounts of sugar to the pot.

Once again, too lazy to actually edit this chapter.

HaHa, Nicole wanted a sexy chapter and I failed. I'm sorry guys, this totally sucks and is filler. Then again, what hasn't been lately. But you do get a little info on that one chick!

Nytestalker
You guys, I totally understand why I only got one comment (from my sister). Pft, honestly, I'm just happy that you guys are going through all these fillers. But I've had so much fun writing them and there's a legit reason that I'll explain later. Though most of you guys will just be like "Pft, fuck this bitch" haha.

Hope you like it
