The tour so far was going good. I was (sorta) looking forward to my date with Jamia and Gerard was there to talk me out of picking up the phone and cancelling. He was the best friend anyone would want. He knew exactly what to say when I felt like tracking down Addi and just hugging her, but he also knew when to just give me a hug and walk away.
I hope every empty person has a Gerard.
