Draco Malfoy Said He Loved Me...

Not long after I had fallen asleep, I heard a sharp tapping at my window. I got up, rubbing my eyes sleepily, and then opened the window, to see Blade
“Blade what are you doing here?” I asked, as he climbed in through the window, but he kept quite and avoided my eyes. “Blade, are you ok?” I asked, and he looked up at me, the whites of his eyes coal black, and yet the pupil milky white
“Oh, I’ll be fine. Soon” he said in a cold, un-earthly voice. I took a step back, and tripped over the foot of my bed, and landed on my pillow, and saw Blade lock the door
“Blade, what’s wrong with you?” I asked, as he came towards me. This was creepy. What was up with this guy?
“I only wanted you for one soul reason Kelly” he said, and climbed on top of me, pushing me back down as I tried to get up
“Blade, get off me. DRACO! DRACO!” I yelled, tears spurting down my face
“What has he got that I haven’t Kelly? He can’t hear you now… I took care of him a long time ago” he said, taking out a knife with blood over it
“Blade” I whispered, and he slit my wrist “Stop it! Blade get off me! Leave me alone! DRACO!” I yelled, trying to wrestle the knife out of Blade, but he was too strong.
“Scream” he said quietly
“What?”
“SCREAM!” he yelled at me, cutting my wrist deeper, so that blood squirted out like a fountain, but I was too scared to. Hot tears spurted down my face as Blade started taking off my clothes, and the same thing happened as the night at the party, except this time, he kept going, Draco didn’t come. I was alone. Draco couldn’t come. Blade had taken care of him. What did that mean?
“What did you do to Draco?” I whispered angrily
“I made him wish he were never born. Though, it’s not as much as a problem now” he said, laughing evilly.
“You… You… You can’t have! You didn’t kill him! DRACO!” I yelled, as Blade told me there was no point in screaming
“Draco!!!” I screamed, crying a river now.

“Kelly wake up. Kelly. Shh. Kelly I’m here now. Shh.”
“DRACO!”
“Kelly I’m here” Draco said, and I felt him rocking me backwards and forwards
“What?” I said, getting up, and saw Draco’s handsome face shining in the moonlight “Where’s Blade. He… he…” I started, but Draco stopped me
“Blade isn’t here. It was a nightmare Kelly” he said, wiping away my tears. My quick breaths slowed down, and my heart beat followed as I realised Draco was here. I let my body calm down, looking back up at Draco’s face.
“You’re always here for me” I said, smiling at him
“Well, no one else can keep up with saving you as many times as you get in trouble” he cracked, smiling at me. “Go to sleep now ok?” he asked me, and waited a while longer, as if wanting me to say something else, but I just nodded, and he left. I knew what he wanted me to say. I thought about what he wanted, and decided I trusted him. He needed this, and after all he’d done for me, I had to give this to him. I wanted to give this time.
“Wait, Draco!” I yelled, running after him, and slipped on the marble hall, and almost fell down the stairs, but Draco leapt backwards and caught me.
“Woah, I’m not sure if I can even keep up with saving you” he said, bending down, and holding my head with his hands, and my back with his other hand. I smiled “What’s up?” he asked me
“Can I sleep in your room?” I questioned
“I thought you’d never ask” he said, and kissed me, the moonlight highlighting his pale face. I smiled at him, and then he picked me up and put my face down over his shoulder
“DRACO! PUT ME DOWN!” I screamed, banging on his back as he walked into his room, and then threw me onto the bed. I bounced up and down, and it was actually quite fun.
“Anything for you princess” he said, getting into his bed next to me
“Don’t call me that!” I said, turning over so that my back was facing him
“Aaw, don’t get upset princess” he said, and pulled me back to face him, then kissed me
“You know, you do an awful lot of kissing” I said, smiling at him
“Just making up for the three years” he said, and I cuffed him lightly round his head.
“Draco, can I ask you something?”
“Go for it”
“When did you start to love me?” he waited a while, thinking it through
“Well… love… I know I fancied you from the moment I saw you”
“I know that. You were a dorky flirter back then”
“Yeah, yeah. You know that Christmas, at your ball, you were there with that guy from your school? Your boyfriend?”
“Yeah?”
“Well, when you walked down the stairs in that red dress, I stopped breathing for a full minute, and I knew I had to have you. But I was snapped out of my trance when I saw your boyfriend come and kiss you. I felt like you’d just stabbed me. I wanted to punch that guy’s face in right then. I really did, and I thought that you were hurting me on purpose. It was just a reason to get away from you and that guy, and that’s why I didn’t talk to you that day, and I kept freezing you out. I was mad at myself, I suppose, for not asking you out. Not that you’d go out with me anyway back then. I suppose when you walked out onto the balcony and said that you were sorry for whatever you had done, and hugged me, with that beautiful perfume of yours surrounding me, I knew I loved you” he said, and I knew he was smiling at me, though I couldn’t see that in the dark. I smiled back at him, a tear escaping my eye, and he leaned over and wiped it away
“You’ve wanted me for three years, and I broke up with numerous guys, raising your hopes, and then crushing them again by going out with a different one, while you waited for me all that time.” I said, another tear flowing down my face
“You didn’t know” he said
“But you still waited for me” I said, smiling at him, and leaned over and kissed him
“Hey, uh… what about Lisa? She just kinda faded out of the picture.” I said, cocking my head to one side
“Oh… when you moved to Hogwarts, I thought I might have another chance with you, and broke up with her a few days after. I only went out with her to get over you, but it didn’t help, and then when you saw me with her, you gave Blade your phone number-”
“Which crushed you again” I finished for him sighing. “I’m so sorry Draco”
“Hey, that all happened in that past. What matters is what’s happening right now” he said, and kissed me one last time before going to bed.
