Draco Malfoy Said He Loved Me...

I was allowed outside now that I had taken my medicine properly and was awake a few days later. Apparently I’d been knocked out for 3 days before I woke up. So I spent a week in the hospital ward (counting the three days) and then on Sunday I was a free girl. I walked back into the common room for the first time in a week, feeling slightly aware of what would happen when I walked in. it was worse than I had imagined. Everyone started buzzing with chatter and started talking to me at once; producing water and a chair, and forcing me to sit down then tell them the whole story. I sighed, and then smiled as Draco came to my rescue
“Get lost. Can’t you see she’s tired?” he said to the people in the hall, and they parted to make a path for Draco to walk through. He picked me up and put me over his shoulder, and carried me outside
“Draco! Put me down!” I yelled, banging on his back, but he didn’t until he got me outside. When we were near the grass patch next to the pond, Draco placed me on my feet again, and I was pretended to be mad, but it really was quite fun.
“You alright?” Danni asked, handing me a cockroach cluster. I nodded, and then gratefully began munching my way through the food. For a week I had been feeding on medicine that tasted like sour milk, so I didn’t really mind whatever I got to eat, though they gave me my favourite foods.
“Thanks guys. You always come through for me. I just know that we’re always going to be best friends.” I said, smiling, as Draco’s face dropped. The bell ran for lessons, and Danni helped me up onto my feet, and I pulled her away into a corner.
“Did you see Draco’s face? It was priceless! When I said we were all going to be best friends for ever, he was so upset! Especially when you said he looked teddy bear cute when I was in the hospital! He thought you fancied him, and then you say he’s cute, not hot, so he get’s all upset! Told you he liked you!” I whispered, and then laughed as I saw her scowl.
