My Oh So Ordinary Life

Movies and Moonlit Walks

After dinner we all sat around the t.v and watched a movie. We watched a scary movie, which by the way scared the shit out of me. Milo was living it up though, he sat comfortably next to Leah, who sat quietly next to him. Her eyes shifted to my brother every minute or so. I smiled at the two, Milo deserved a girl. He spends his time taking care of me all the time, he needs something to make him happy. I was currently snuggled into Paul's side, hiding my face from the real gory parts. Everytime I hid my face Paul let out a small chuckle. I sent him a playful glare before looking at my brother. He sent me a smirk as he pointedly looked at the arm wrapped around me. I stuck out my tongue after rolling my eyes at my twin. He let out a silent chuckle before tentatively wrapping an arm around Leah. She looked up at him, shocked before leaning back. Milo sent me a triumphant smile before going back to the movie. I shook my head with a smile, I looked up to see Paul assessing the scene going on between my twin and Leah.

"Hey wanna, get out of here?" Paul asked, his lips right next to my ear. I looked up at him and smiled, nodding my head yes. His eyes immediatly brightening. He took my hand and led me outside, towards First Beach. He held my hand as we walked down the beach. I swung our hands as we walked.

"I like you Paul. You're a nice guy." I said, smiling up at him. I'd always been straight forward. A smile formed on Paul's face as he wrapped an arm around my waist.

"Well it's a good thing I really like you too." he said, right next to my ear. I smiled up at him and kissed his cheek, his cheeks heating up like the last time I'd done it. I laughed at this as we continued to walk.

"Do you want to come cliff diving tomorrow?" he asked suddenly.

"Sure, what time?"

"After school, you can bring Milo if you'd like. Leah seems to like him." he smiled at this, as if he were relieved Leah likes Milo, as if she were a sister. I smiled and nodded.

"Great, so it's a date?" he asked hopefully.

"It's a date." I smiled.
