"A tragedy happened last night in the small town of Andover. A young teen drowned in the Snake River due to hallucinations caused by the dangerous drug known as K2. The teen, Kelsey Black, was with six friends who were also under the influence of the mind-altering substance. One of the teens called 911, but Black was pronounced dead at the scene."
