I Don't Love You Like I Did Yesterday

The End

A loud scream woke me from the slumber I had just fallen into. My head was pouding- screaming for a release from the pain that it was being put through. I knew without looking in the mirror that the bags under my eyes were dark. I ran a hand through my greasy and tangled hair before walking out of the master bedroom.

I followed the sound of the loud cry down the hallway and into the nursery; there standing up in her crib was our daughter Taylor. Her blonde hair was curled around her face, and tears were streaming down her cheeks from her eyes.

"Aww, what's wrong sweetheart?" I asked, picking her up.

Her arms wrapped around the back of my neck as she clung to me. Her cries stopped and she hid her face on my shoulder.

"Did you have a bad dream?" She nodded.

I rubbed my hand soothingly over her small back as I walked out of the the room and went downstairs to the kitchen. There I saw Brian had already made a bottle for Taylor, and he was also making breakfast for us just like every other day. I placed Taylor in her highchair and handed her the bottle before giving Brian a kiss on his cheek.

"Good morning Mr. Haner." I smiled.

"And good morning to you too Mrs. Haner." He laughed.

I heard a slight knock on the door, before a pair of ather small foorsteps came running down the stairs.

"Mommy! Daddy! Uncle Zacky and Aunt Kota and Rose!" Danny called from the front door.

I smiled, staying in the kitchen with Brian and Taylor. I knew that soon enough they would come into the kitchen to join us. Upon hearing Danny's loud laughter, I couldn't help but laugh. I knew that he and Zacky were playing around just like they always do.

"How are you guys doing?" Dakota smiled, walking into the kitchen with her daughter on her hip.

"We're great! How are you guys doing?" I smiled to her.

After a minute, Zacky came walking into the kitchen with Danny up on his shoulders. I couldn't help but smile at the two. This was something that I've always wanted; a family of my own. Me, Brian, Danny and Taylor are one big family. The family that I"ve always wanted. Dakota, Zacky and their little daughter Rose are the best friends I could ever ask for.

Looking over, I saw that Taylor had thrown her bottle down on the floor, and it was now empty. I sighed before picking it up and placing it in the sink. I then placed my hands under her arms and picked her up out of her highchair to burp her. Brian smiled at us, before placing the food he'd been cooking on the table where everyone was sitting.

Zacky and Kota sat down, with little Rose sitting in Kota's lap happily.

"Danny! Come eat breakfast!" Brian called.

I watched as our small five year old son came running into the kitchen and sat down in his chair. Brian made a plate for our son before making his own. I couldn't help but smile at the image that was in front of me. This was the greatest thing that I could ever truly imagine. My own family. THe kind of family that I've always wanted.

And this isn't even the end of it. There's not ust us, but there's also the rest of the Avenged Sevenfold family. They're the people that have always been there for me. This is absolutely, no doubt about it, the best life I could ever imagine.
