Cares and Kisses

Kaia Freegard was abandoned by almost all of her family members when she was a child. Eventually her Death Eater uncle took over guardianship of her, and together they managed to establish a sustainable relationship of tolerance. It was through her uncle that Kaia eventually met Draco Malfoy, a boy who she believed could finally care about her.

Obviously she was wrong, though. If he had ever truly cared, he wouldn't have allowed anyone to hurt her. He wouldn't have kissed her and then abandoned her. Coward.

For five years she had gotten her petty revenge against Draco by causing silly mischief, but as they enter their sixth year at Hogwarts, she uncovers secrets that cause her to not be able to keep away from him. To be honest, though, she probably never could. It is, after all, so hard to stay away when you care so much.
