It has been 3 days after our honeymoon and I have been throwing up and can't fit in my bathing suit so me and Tom drove to walgreens and got a box of pregnancy test and as soon as we got home I ran up stairs to the nearest bathroom pulled out three pregnancy tests and did my buisness and five minutes with Tom and it had two stripes.
"what does two stripes mean" Tom asked
" it means I'm pregnant" I said looking at the floor. Tom walked out of the room and I followed him and he sat down on the couch with his face in his hands and I rubbed his back and Tom put his hand on my stomach then he went in our room and grabbed his keys and left after his shut the door I cried and paid down on the couch and drifted into a sleep.

" mrs.Kaulitz you have delievered twin boys would you like to see them"
I nodded my head yes then a nurse came in with two boys and one looked like Tom and the other looked like me and then all ofna sudden Tom came in with Brooke and she had a knife in her hand and then it was just me,Tom and Brooke and the babies disappeared and she drew the knife back and then she pierced it right through my heart

I screamed as I woke up from my nightmare Tom was right by my side and he wrapped his arms around me.
"shhhhh it's okay I'm right here are you okay" Tom said
" I had a nightmare about giving birth than you and Brooke came in everyone disappeared and she stabbed me and you didn't stop her" I said
" you know I would never leave you for Brooke" Tom said
Then he kissed me and touched my stomach
"Nani I'm sorry it was all of a sudden and I wasn't prepared for it" he said with sorrow in his eyes
"Tom it's okay I under stand. Are you excited to be a daddy" I said
" I'm excited and I can't wait to see it" he said and kissed my stomach
