Fire in the Rose Garden

Duff carried the last of Sir Knight's and Lady Peony's luggage inside the house. Mentally Peony was giving new renovations once she is officially the new lady of the house. She took of her light green gloves and started humming to herself until she spotted the little maid. That means Sir Black is close. Peony smiled and went towards the little maid.

Rosemary saw lady Peony walking towards her. She could see the arrogance and confidence in how the Lady walked; her golden hair bounced, her blue icy blue eyes and her porcelain skin was very eye-catching. She waited for her to make her do something but she just brushed against her. Peony glanced at her making her feel quite intimidated. The Lady stopped in mid hall and with out turning around she said, "Where is my room?" Peony didn't let her talk. "I hope is next to Sir Black's room," and then made an 'oops' sound covering her red lips with her delicate and fine fingers. She then turned around and winked. "I hope my husband doesn't find out," then she walked towards Rosemary and planted her hand in her shoulder. "Don't we?" and gripped harder making Rosemary to shake rapidly her head causing Lady Peony to giggle and walk away.

Now Peony doesn't have a problem with making a few moves on Sir Black with out that little maid ratting her out. Her husband may be nonchalant but she knew that there was a limitation and that is flirting with his best friend. She wasn't stupid. Again, she started humming to herself and imagining her new house with new decorations.

Rosemary was still a little startle about Lady Peony's personality. She was waiting for his master, she means Sir Black (Lucas told her not to call him master because he felt like he owned a dog, not a human being.) from taking his friend on a tour of the house and in the mean time discus some matters. After a while Lucas saw that Rosemary was obediently waiting for him and couldn't help but smile. He excused himself from Sir Knight and decided to surprise her but her reaction was different. She jumped and turned around as fast as she could.

"Rose, are you all right?" Rosemary notice her reaction and compose herself and nodded.

"My apologies Sir Black, I was day dreaming when you caught me by surprise," Lucas knew she was lying but he decided to drop it. Sooner or later she will tell him because that was how their relationship was based: on trust. He nodded and returned to Sir Knight.

"What was that all about?" said Sir Knight chuckling. "Making a move on the maids? I wish I had that kind of liberty," Lucas rolled his eyes and chuckle.

"It's not like that," but he couldn't help but feel that he wanted it but it would hurt her too much. Besides, no one would allow it. "And lets not let your wife find out your inner fantasies my friend." and both of them went away laughing.
