Welcome in Silence

"What the holy fuck!!" Trent mouthed looking at me.

"I am not repeating that" I said and Paul looked at me strangely.

"Fine! What gave it away? My boobs or ability to think?" She mouthed.

"What gave it away? Her boobs or ability to think?" I repeated.

I then glared at Trent after processing the words. I heard Leah laugh from across the room and everyone looked at her shocked. Seth then ran up to Trent and hugged her.

"You made her laugh!!" He exclaimed and then sat back down.

I looked at Trent and she looked confused so I decided to do introductions.

"Trent, this is Paul, thats Seth, Leah, Jared, Sam, Quil, and Emily." I said pointing to everyone.

Trent got a bunch of hi's and hello's. She just waved and sat down next me at the table which Emily was putting food on. Quil sat on her other side.

"Hey Trent"

"Hey Quil" She said and I repeated.

"How come I haven't seen you in awhile?" Quil asked, we used to all play together when we were little.

"It's complicated" I answered for her.

"Alright everybody, dig in" Emily said sitting next to Sam.

I grabbed a bunch of food and I noticed so did Trent, more than she should need, since she's so tiny.

"What?" she mouthed when I looked at her.

"Are you sure you can eat all that?" I asked and she stuck her tongue out at me.

"Why aren't you talking?" Paul asked rudely and Trent glared at him.

"I told you this would happen" She mouthed to me.

"She can't, thats why." I said coldly to Paul

"But why cant she?" Paul asked.

"Because I'm broken" Trent mouthed towards me.

"Hey, you are not broken"

"Whatever" she mouthed and started eating, while I glared at Paul.

Suddenly the back door opened and Jake walked in.

"Hey guys, sorry I'm late, I had to deal with a stupid blo-who's she?' He said stopping mid sentence.

"My cousin Su-Trent" I answered almost saying Summer again.
