Love Is All You Need

I spent the day on the set of Big Time Rush… and had so much fun. Those boys… are really cute. I’m not going to lie. They are not too bad on the eyes at all. Especially Kendall…

While the boys were still doing their acting thing, Kirstie and I went to get some coffee. I desperately needed some caffeine in my system. As we were doing this, she started talking about the BTR boys… But her main one was… Carlos.

“Do you… like this guy?” I couldn’t help but poke.

“What? No, he’s just really cute… and super sweet, but that’s it,” she quickly battled back.

“Like… boyfriend sweet,” I grinned.

“Well, yeah, but…” she started, but quickly sent me a glare as my smile grew.

“He’s cute. And he seemed to take a liking to you,” I went on.

“No, he’s just nice to everyone. That’s how he is,” she battled back.

“Uh huh,” I snickered.

“Well, what about you Ke…” she started up again, but stopped herself.

I looked at her oddly. What was she… going to say?

“Kyle… what about you and Kyle?” she countered.

“I kind of really like that guy,” I told her through an unsure giggle.

“Well, there,” she said, sticking her tongue out at me.

I still looked at her oddly. What was… that about? Oh well. She quickly changed subjects after this. It was all… strange. But we went back to the BTR set. The boys were taking little a break. I just held onto my yummy coffee and sat, watching everyone around me. This is fascinating.

As I was sitting here though, Kendall’s lanky frame trudged over. His eyes were fixed on the ground, but he still came over and sat next to me. I sent him a small smile that he reluctantly returned.

“So uh… what do you think of all of this?” he started, moving his eyes about everything.

“It’s… different. But you seem to be doing pretty well for yourself,” I replied.

He nodded his head and kept those eyes of his on the ground. What is up with him? He seems… nervous about something. What’s there to be nervous about? I’ve known this guy for almost as long as I’ve known Kirstie. He’s never this nervous… for now reason.

“So um… Kirstie and I have been talking and uh…” he started to pick back up again.

“And…” I said in attempts to make him go on.

“I was uh… well, you see I… ever since,” he started to stutter. Kendall doesn’t stutter!

But while he was still having this hard time with his words, my phone rang. I quickly snatched it from my pocket and couldn’t hold in my smile. It was Kyle.

“Hold that thought, K-Dog. I’ll be back,” I told him as I got up and walked outside so I could hear him better.

“How’s the California weather?” Kyle’s voice beamed once I answered.

“Beautiful, but of course I miss Chicago,” I told him.

“No, you don’t,” he chuckled.

“I miss you and you’re in Chicago, so therefore, I miss Chicago,” I taunted.

“I miss you too, baby,” he replied, changing his tone.

“I still wished you could have came,” I huffed.

“I’m working on it,” he told me.

“Whoa, what?” I quickly asked, unable to hide a smile.

“Yeah, we have a few off days coming up. I thought a little trip to Cali would be a good little treat for me. And then you’re going to be there, so… more of a motive,” he explained.

“Ah! That’s amazing,” I grinned.

He went on to tell me a little more about what he had planned. I couldn’t wait! I wanted Kirstie to meet this guy so bad. I know she hasn’t liked a few of my boyfriends in the past, but… Kyle’s different. She’ll like him. I know she will! And maybe Kendall and him would get along that way he’s not stuck with Kirstie and I all the time. I can’t wait for Kyle to come now!
