Love Me

It took us literally four hours to come up with the song, now that's fast compared to others.

We went over it at least five times before we were completely happy with it.

"Alright, call Scooter before he has an aneurysm." I laughed. 

He grinned, before attaching the phone to his ear.

"Scooter?-Yeah.-Yes! We already finished.-What can I say? I'm working with a very special person." 

I blushed, he beamed my way.

"Okay,-See you in five.-Bye."

"I take it he's on his way." I laughed.

"I heard him start running as soon as he picked up the phone." he chuckled, shaking his head.

"I'm very proud of this song. I hope everyone else likes it."

"I'm proud of it too, and they're going to love it. I can just feel it." He rubbed my back soothingly.

Scooter rushed in the door, almost falling over in the process.

"God, speed racer, ever think to knock? Jeeeeze! What if I was changing?" I joked.

He blushed, "Well..you know..it's just...."

Justin and I were cracking up, "Calm down, I was kidding."

He smiled, and sat down across from us.

"Let's hear it."



Scooter said the song was a definite hit, and he didn't waste any time–seeing as how we're recording it now.



We went all the way through it, without the man stopping us once.

Thank, God! This was embarrassing enough as it is.

We exited the booth with more than just Scooter there clapping and grinning.

Beside him was Pattie, Kenny, Ry Good, Usher, and Chris Brown.

They played it back, and the whole time I was blushing. Justin wouldn't let me hide my face.

But honestly, the song sounded great.

"Just sent it to the big man, he's gonna love it." Scooter announced.

We all were just relaxing in the lounge area, when Scooter's phone rang.

He grinned, and quickly left the room.

"You think that's them calling back, already?" Justin asked.

Usher shrugged, "Wouldn't surprise me. They want Emma so bad. And regardless, that song was incredible. Great job, you two."

I blushed yet again, and mumbled a thanks.

Scooter rushed back in the room. "They love it! Ryan Seacrest is going to premiere it on the radio tomorrow morning!"

"Wow. That was quick." Justin blinked.

"Told you, kid."



The way our voices sounded together..it was astounding. 

Performing this live with her, that would be such an adrenaline rush. The chemistry of our voices together is impossible to ignore.

This girl is incredible, everything about her is. At least, in my eyes.

She's perfect, that's how I see her. And all of us sitting here laughing, having a good time. Having Emma lean on me..

I wouldn't want to be doing anything else but this.
