Hollie Madden-Barakat has been best friends with the members of All Time Low ever since she moved to Maryland when she was 13 years old. Her mother married the father of Jack Barakat, becoming his step-sister. Although they aren't blood related, they're just as close as regular siblings.
Hollie has never exactly had feelings for Alex Gaskarth, being that she was in a relationship with John O'Callaghan of The Maine for the majority of her teen years. When Hollie goes back on tour with ATL (since she's ATL's press manager), she finds out that they're touring with The Maine as well.
