Kris Letang lost his best friend Luc Bourdon to a catastrophic motorcycle accident in 2008. At the same time, Lucinda Girard’s life was given back to her. When she is called upon to work temporarily for the Pittsburgh Penguins organization, Kris will learn that his beloved best friend has not been forgotten and is certainly not gone.

I wrote this as a tribute to Luc Bourdon; may he rest in peace. It is my first attempt at a combination of first/second person point-of-view, and I hope you enjoy it.
