What the Hell is Going On?

I walked up the stairs and knocked on the door, it opened to reaveal Gemma, she looked at me, "Alexis? What are you doing here sweetheart?" I looked down and whispered, "I ran." She hugged me, "Why did you run?" I sighed, "I can't take it anymore. My dad is a fucking control freak." She nodded, "Come in, Jax and Clay are in the kitchen." I nodded slightly and walked in behind Gemma, she walked in the kitchen, "Guys, look who's here." I slowly walked in the kitchen, I heard Jax, "Alex?" I looked at him and smiled half hearted, "Hey Jax." He got up and hugged me tightly, "Damn, it's been awhile." I nodded, trying not flinch at the pains going through my body, "Yeah, it has." He let go of me and I looked at Clay, he smiled and hugged me, "Hi Lex." I hugged back, "Hiya Clay." He laughed a little, "What are you doing here?" Gemma sighed, "She ran." Jax looked at me, shocked, "If the Mayans find out she's here they're gonna come lookin for her." Clay nodded, "And when they do, we'll all be right here to protect her, won't we Jax?" Jax nodded, "Should we get to the club and let the guys know what's going on?" Clay nodded and Jax hugged me again before he left, Clay kissed Gemma and hugged me and followed him, Gemma looked at me, "Do you want to tell me what happened?" I sighed, "Remember when I was younger, I'd come out here every Summer and spend it with you, Jax, and Clay?" She nodded, "Of course, your sister came too, Ava, right?" I nodded thinking of Ava, I should've told her before I ran, she always had it better than me though, "Well the last few Summers, before I turned eighteen, we stopped coming out here." Gemma nodded, wanting me to continue, I sighed, "There's a reason we stopped. Marcus didn't want us to have a chance to run away from him." Gemma looked at me, "Since when did you start calling your dad Marcus?" I sighed, "Since he turned into a perverted disgusting human being." She looked at me, shocked, "What does that mean?" I felt tears starting in my eyes as I whispered, "You know what he does for money, heroine and prostitution." Gemma froze, "He better not have done what I think you're going to tell me." I started crying, not noticing Clay, Juice, and Happy walked in, "Yeah, that's exactly what he did. He sold his own daughters into prostitution Gemma." She hugged me, "Alex, it's going to be okay, you're away from it. What about Ava?" I laughed harshly, still crying, "He bought her out of it. She turned into his favorite, don't worry about her." Clay looked at me, "I'm sorry Lex." I let go of Gemma and Juice and Happy hugged me, "It's alright now Lexi. We won't let nothing happen to ya." I nodded trying to stop crying, "Thank you so much, I would probably be dead right now if I didn't have you." Gemma sighed, "You're welcome here anytime you need us. You've been apart of this family since the first time you stepped through that door." I smiled and tried to stop crying when Jax walked in, "Hey, what happened Alex?" I shook my head, "Nothin Jax." He smiled and hugged me, "So where are you staying?" I shrugged, he looked at me, "You can stay at my place if you want." I smiled, "Thanks Jax." He nodded and hugged me again, I went and sat on the couch and started talking to Happy. After a few hours Jax came up to me, "You ready to go?" I nodded and hugged everyone and walked out with Jax.
