Never Means Forever

Sixteen

My dreams were amazing. They were about Lucian and my future. We had an adorable baby boy we were raising. I don’t know why, but I always wanted a baby boy. I woke up smiling. I didn’t want to get up though. I liked being snuggled against Lucian. I lightly stroked the feathers of his wings. They were so soft.
“Alexander, are you up?”
I lifted my head a bit to look at Lucian smiling lazily at me. I smiled back immediately.
“How did you sleep?” I asked.
“I slept well and you?”
“I slept wonderfully. I had some amazing dreams.”
He pecked me on the lips. “What were these amazing dreams about?”
I tried to hide my blush as I muttered, “They were about us. We had a kid.”
He got me to look at him to give me another loving kiss. His kisses always left me breathless.
I wanted to stay like that, I wanted to go to the beach a little more.
“Lucian, can we go to the beach, please?”
