So Stunning, Start Running, Tonights Like A Knife Would You Cut Me With Your Kiss?

Adele;

A man stepped out from the shadows. He was short, shorter than me, with balding hair and a gut. Big brown eyes, and thin lips.

"Hej, Prinsesse Adele, Prinsesse Ithica," he said, speaking in Danish. Only few people and royalty can speak more than our language here. He wasn't one of them.

"Hej Archie. Det er dejligt at se dig igen," I replied.

"Pleasure er alle mine, prinsesse. Klar til dette, prinsesse?"

"Ah, ja. Har du alle de ting jeg bad om?" I smiled back at him.

"Du bad om falsk ID, falske fødselsattester, falske kørekort, falske pas, frigørelse papirer ... Er det det? Eller er der noget andet, hva '?"

"Nej, det er det."

"Okay. Har du penge?"

"Ja." I pulled money out of my bag and handed it to Archie. He counted it out, counted again, and then smiled, putting the money in his pocket, then took out a briefcase. He took everything out and handed them over, naming each as he did so. They looked so real. On each thing, they said places. Like on the driver's license and ID's, it said we were somewhere from Indiana. The emancipation papers were signed by two different handwriting signatures of two different names. "Åh Gud ... alt dette er så stor, Archie. Tak så meget! Jeg vil huske dig, når jeg er i Amerika! Aldrig glemme dig! Du havde hjulpet os mest!"

"Din velkommen, prinsesser," he replied, before turning around and walking away.

"Let's go," I told Ithica. We turned and walked away as well. "You were awfully quiet."

"Yes, I know," she said.

"Why?" I asked.

"To be honest, he kind of creeped me out. Odd feeling in my stomach, is all. Let's just go. Hey, we have to go back home. Let's mail the stuff quick." So we went and mailed some clothes to the hotel, then called the driver. He met us at the town center and drove us home. I read a book I had brought then when we arrived, I was nearly finished. We went up to our bedrooms to change into clothes for the rest of the day.

I wore a giant rainbow dress. My parent's disaprove of the dress greatly, but I love it, and as long as I stay in the castle with it on, they allow me to wear it.

I put on my only matching shoes that go with it and Jeanna did my hair. Afterwards, I made my way downstairs.

"Adele! What a dress!" I found Prince Carter at the bottem, eyebrows raised.

"Oh, thank you, it's my favortite one," I smiled, even if he wasn't calling it beautiful, and I knew it. He took my hand.

"Mind to walk me around the castle?" I asked.

"Oh, I'd love to show you the grounds," I replied, leading him towards the back of the castle. Behind it was a garden - that I tended myself, by myself, all by myself. I loved this garden as if it were my baby. Leaving it...I couldn't bear.

At the back door, steps led up. I pulled him up along with me.

I looked back at him, about halfway up. Could I fall in love with him? Maybe - just maybe - this trip along the grounds could do the trick! I wouldn't have to leave my garden, or my family, or my other family - the people of Denmark - but when I looked in his eyes, I knew I couldn't do that.

I turned back around and continued leading him up, until we reached a trail.

"So, how are you holding up with this whole marriage thing?" I asked, linking my fingers in Prince Carter's, leaning against him, trying to act as couply as I can, not letting him know I don't want in this relationship at all.

"I think you are beautiful, and smart, and lively, and absolutley wonderful," he replied, chuckling. "If we weren't royalty, and we met, I know I would fall in love with you, because I already am." I turned to look at him, eyes wide.

"Really?" I asked, my heart shriviling, my stomach swirling.

"Yes, I am, actually. I can't wait until we're married, and we're together. I've been meaning to ask you..." I felt horrible, my face was getting warm.

"Uh, yes?" I asked, when we reached a small pond and a bridge over it.

"How many kids do you want?" he raised his eyebrows at me. I almost choked.

"I guess we'll figure it out along time," I replied, my voice high and pitchy. He laughed. "Maybe one, may twelve. We'll see, won't we?"

"Yes, I guess so," he replied, when we reached a hill and another trail going around it. We went right.

"Want a boy or girl first?" he asked. I thought, and went with what I actually wanted.

"A girl, deffinetly," I replied, smiling a little. "I love girls. I do my sister's hair all the time. And to do that again - oh." I smiled big this time.

"What would we name her?" My smile swept off immediantly. I looked at him.

"Why the talk of babies?" I asked, just as we reached the main garden.

"Well, as soon as we're married, I want to try for a baby as soon as possible," he said, sitting down on the small hill of garden. I sat down next to him, propping my dress the best I could.

"Why so soon?" I questioned, mind racing.

"Well, I've wanted a kid since I was sixteen. I'm falling in love with you, we're getting married. Why wait?" He raised his eyebrows.

"Because I'm so young, still," I replied, answering earnestly. Even if they found me, dragged me back, and forced me to get married...I'd always be so young still. I would wait a little while longer.

"Well, I guess that's alright too," he nodded. "I'd wait for you. Anything for you."

"Thank you, Prince Carter," I said, smiling a little.

"Carter," I repeated.

Oh, Carter, I'm sorry I'll never see you again after tonight.

Adele's Dress

Sorry all the Danish! Just thought I'd add some. I actually don't know if that's all the Danish speak of if they actually do speak some English as well. I just did what I thought I should do.

I am so sorry I took a long time to post. And I was the one that held Janette up too. But I'm very busy. But - today's the last day of school! I did go though...but last day! Last day! I should cheer! Which means I can stay up late, which means I could update so. much. more! Yay!

So I'll be updating other stories too.

Yay!
