A Mouthful of Pancakes

“These are simply delicious!”
Dean felt his heart warm up at those words. He and Castiel were currently sitting side by side in a booth at IHOP’s. It had been Dean’s idea for a breakfast date and the older man had agreed. Castiel was munching away on a large set of buttery pancakes while Dean was eating his stack of chocolate chip ones.
Turning his head, Dean noticed that Castiel had syrup dribbling from his mouth. He instantly licked his thumb and wiped the syrup away.
Blushing furiously, Castiel quickly swallowed his mouthful of pancakes. “Thank you Dean.”
“You’re welcome. I would do anything for you Cas, anything.”
