Rain.

He hated the rain. He hated it because he was made of cardboard. He was a cardboard robot. A young girl and her father had made him. The little girl loved playing with him, but she was only allowed to play with him outside. It was raining and the little girl was inside. He missed her, he wanted to play. "I'll be back as soon as it stops raining." she told him. It was now done raining, but where was the girl? She was nowhere to be found. Would he ever see his only friend again? Or would he turn to mush before she returned? He was a poor, little, cardboard robot and he hated the rain.
