Plot:
The Strigoi have been using humans in the past to breaking the warding around Moroi residences but now they are being used in a completely different way. They're sending a feeder in poisoned with a poison that when consumed by a Moroi will make them unable to consume blood, at this point they can either become one of the Strigoi or die.
What will happen when one of these feeders infiltrates Saint Vladimir's Academy and one of the students themselves is poisoned?
