~Code Lyoko: Hidden Warrior~

~Chapter One: Enigmatic Visitor~

~No One’s POV~

Jeremy was in his room, typing on his computer, trying to find Aelita's anti-virus. It was going slow, as usual. Just then, a warning window popped up on his screen. The scanner had picked up something in Lyoko.
"What? Another disturbance? How many are we going to have in one day? And no activated tower either," he said to himself, a bit baffled. He typed in a few more keys, and got Ulrich on his cell phone.
"Hello?" Ulrich's groggy voice said at the other end.
"We have another problem in Lyoko, though I don’t exactly know what it is," Jeremy said. Ulrich was confused.
"What do you mean, huh?" he said. Jeremy shrugged.
"I mean, the scanner picked up a disturbance, but I don't know what it is," Jeremy replied. "Just tell Odd and meet me in my room," he added.
"Yeah sure," Ulrich said, hanging up. Jeremy then called Aelita on her cell.
Aelita yawned and rolled over. She had been halfway asleep, but was awakened by the soft ring tone of her pink cell phone. She reached for the phone as she sat up.
"Hello?" she said groggily.
"Aelita? Something's going on in Lyoko. Meet me at my room in about five minutes, okay?" Jeremy’s voice said at the other end. She nodded.
Another disturbance? Strange, she thought.
"Alright Jeremy, I'll be right there," she said. She switched off her cell phone and got up and dressed. She then left her room and made her way to Jeremy's.

~Meanwhile, in LYOKO~

I used Oblivion and cut down four more Tarantulas using Dark Aura, and then I flipped into the air, firing an Energy Field at a Krabe, destroying it.
XANA decided to go all out on his attempt to bring me in, sending an army of ten Krabes, five swarms of Hornets, ten Tarantulas, at least twenty Bloks, and three Megatanks. From the looks of it, he was determined to catch me this time.
I won’t be able to hold out much longer’ I thought while dodging a Megatank’s laser. Charging forward with my Super Sprint, I dug my sword into its eye, quickly backing off before it exploded. No doubt, XANA trying to wear me out so he can pull out the big guns. I gotta end this quickly!
I wasn’t paying attention and a Krabe managed to break my defenses, shooting me in the back. I only had fifteen life points left, and then I’m a goner. The remaining two Megatanks surrounded me as the others blocked any ways for me to escape. Great, I’m surrounded by probably thirty or more enemies, my escape routes were blocked, and I was about to be materialized. Guess I have no choice but to use that technique.
Getting to my feet, with some difficulty, I charged up my right fist. The monsters didn’t notice until I launched myself into the air, about thirty feet up. As soon as my fist hit the ground, a huge black-purple blast surrounded the area, engulfing myself and my attackers in darkness.

~Back with the Others~

Riding on their vehicles, the LYOKO warriors rode through the Ice sector towards the area where Jeremie instructed. Everyone was quiet, each too busy with their own thoughts. There were no monsters to greet them when they arrived, which put everyone on edge.
Just then, Jeremie’s voice interrupted the silence. “Head’s up, guys! There’s a huge swarm of monsters about fifty feet up ahead! It looks like XANA’s trying to attack something.”
At this, Aelita couldn’t help but think about the mysterious girl that helped her long ago. She knew XANA was also after her, but she wondered if it was the same girl. When Aelita met the others, she never told them about the girl, knowing she wanted to keep her existence a secret. Aelita couldn’t help but worry.
Just then, what appeared to be a huge wave of dark mist like energy shot into the air, sending powerful tremors throughout the area by the sheer force of it. The gang almost fell off their rides from the ground rocking so much. Unfortunately, the waves of dark energy that pulsed form the attack materialized their vehicles, sending them to the floor.
“Whoa! What the hell was that!?” Odd shouted in surprise as he and the others regained his bearings.
“Jeremie, what’s going on?” Aelita asked in confusion.
“I’m not sure, but whatever cause that blast was is really powerful. It took out XANA’s whole army!” His voice was full of amazement and disbelief. “If this person ends up being a hostile, you might have some serious trouble, so be on your guard,” he advised.
