The Timewind

Scarlett soon got bored of reading so she decided to see what Julian, Heather and Edward were doing. She didn’t like Yoga and she didn’t like gardening but she liked the idea of exploring the house with Julian so Julian and Scarlett went off together to explore “when Heather and Edward find out that we are exploring something without, them oh, they will scream at us” chuckled Scarlett as they crept along the sixth floor hall making sure that no one was up there on the same floor as them. Unfortunately Mrs Amsterdam and Mr Smith, the kitchen Maid’s husband were in Mr Smith’s office talking, they had just finished their conversation and were planning to go downstairs and have a cup of coffee before bedtime. Scarlett realized this and dragged her older brother into the nearest room which happened to be Professor Amsterdam’s potion store Julian who was interested in Chemistry started looking at the handwritten labels for each bottle of potion “Julian!” hissed Scarlett in a hushed tone which made Julian drop the bottle of potion he was reading the label off. It landed with a thud on then floor, which happened to be made out of wood Mrs Amsterdam and Mr Smith, heard the noise as they went down the stairs “what was that?” Mr Smith asked Mrs Amsterdam sternly.” It came from in there!” replied Mrs Amsterdam pointing towards the potion room door Alexander and Sophia, who were Mr Smith and the Maid’s children sprinted upstairs. Edward and Heather decided to follow Alexander and Sophia upstairs because Edward knew that if he and Heather stayed downstairs, Mrs Amsterdam would think it was them making all the noise.
