Finding You
One.
I'm not sure what happened.
Things were going great. Noelle and I would video chat whenever she got off work. She would text me during the day when I was finally awake. After video chatting, we'd usually talk on the phone for another hour, before she wanted to pass out for the night. She seemed happy every time we talked. We even had plans for her to come visit.
That was five months ago.
I don't know what happened. One day, she just didn't reply. She never signed onto the video chat. She never answered her phone. Texts were never answered. I was beginning to worry. I cared about her a lot. Maybe even loved. I just knew I needed to see her before I went crazy. I missed her more ever day, especially now that she hasn't been talking to me. It was driving me mad. We had so much fun together. I needed that back. I could see myself spending the rest of my life with her, I just needed to find a way to get in touch with her.
"Oli, just go see 'er. We both know yeh wan' teh." Nicholls sighed, plopping down beside me on the couch. I was currently trying to reach Noelle, like I did pretty much every day, I constantly checked my phone, constantly checked the video chat. Nothing. For five straight months.
"I can', I don' know 'er information on where she lives or anything." I rubbed my face, closing my laptop back and setting it back on the coffee table.
"What about that friend of hers yeh talked teh about this whole thing? Can yeh get a hold of her?" My head snapped up toward Jona, realizing he was right. I could. I'm sure she would help me.
I grabbed my laptop again, going back to the website where I found Noelle to get their home phone number. Once I got the number, I hid myself in my room and made the call.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Good luck, mate, hope yeh find her and bring her back, Yeh been mopin' around teh much" Nicholls grinned, pulling me into a quick hug. I patted his back quickly, then pulled away and retrieved my carry on.
"Thanks. I'll see yeh guys in a week, yeah?" I said my goodbyes to the rest of the guys, then made my way through security and onto the plane.
I could hear my heart pounding the whole way to my seat.
