Glasses Geeks and Chemical Romances

I awoke early this morning…too early. These stupid butterflies fluttered non stop all night,barely had enough time to sleep,only about 3 or 4 hours. Well gulping down loads of orange juice didn't drown them inside,still flying around. And well brushing my teeth didn't help either,God what's wrong with me! Anyway dressed in a t- shirt I barely laid eyes on,just grabbed it out of my drawer and got dressed in black skinney jeans. I looked casual,good enough for me!

I didn't really get why Mikey was so happy today,didn't see him smile (rarely he doesn't anyways). But I knew he was ready for something. "Nice shirt" he complimented and was basically the only thing he said to me the whole school day. Strange like a suspense movie.
(Walking home from school)
Not much happened,and by nothing I meant Mikey and I had our first REAL conversation. It started out pretty much like this. "So…you like Smashing Pumpkins huh?" he asked."Huh? Oh yeah Smashing Pumpkins! Love that band" I realized what conversation he was trying to start when I looked down at my shirt. "Are you going to the concert today?" "Fuck yeah! Go my ticket,what about you?" "got mine,I did some things,but…was worth it" "awesome! So…you gonna go alone or only bought a ticket for yourself?" "Im going alone…Hey! Maybe we can meet each other there". Holy cow! The butterflies are flying around heavily this time.Causing me to bite my red painted bottom lip. "Um…okay…I'll see you there" I cracked a smile and he made a quick one before heading home down the street from mine. I felt sick,my stomach felt weightless and for seconds I felt nausea. Walking fast against my porch and vomiting the butterflies out behind the leafless bushes. I knew this had never happened to me before…I knew now way those butterflies were in my guts in this first place. A crush with Mikey was growing inside uncontrollably .
