-Fast foward to next saturday-
I got up early and showered and got dressed, i was pretty excited about going to meet Kyle. At 12 i told my mom i was going to Jacks but really i was going to the park. I got there and sat on a bench, a few minutes later someone started talking to me.
"Alex?" the person said
"Yeah?" i said looking up
"Hey im Kyle" he said sitting next to me
"Really?, awesome. Im so glad to finally meet you" i said
"Same here" he said
"So i brought this with me" i said showing him the diary that was we found
"Ive read that, its pretty insane stuff" he said
"I cant read it. But my friend did and he said everything that was in my nightmares was in it" i said
"Yep same here" he said
"How bad was it for you guys when you decided to leave?" i asked
"Well things were being thrown around the house, like tables and stuff" he said
"Oh man" i said getting nervous
"Yeah and see this scar?, its from the spirit. He sat on my chest one night and sliced my arm open" he said
"Seriously!?, your room wouldnt happen to have been the one at the end of the hall to the left would it?" i asked
"No my room was across from that one. It was the old mans room, so he really tormented me" he said
"Thats my sisters room" i said
"She should be fine. He doesnt mind girls" he said
"Good" i said
"Yeah, we also found these symbols in various rooms. I drew some, their not spot on but close enough" he said handing me a paper
"Thanks"i said
"Yeah. We had ghost hunters come to the house and take pictures and stuff. These are them" he said handing me some photos, there was like pictures of black masses and like full body apparitions
"Damn. Mind if i borrow these, i wanna show them to someone who knows a ghost expert" i said
"Go right ahead" he said and i nodded
We talked for a little while longer, it was awesome talking to someone who experienced what i did. After we finished talking we exchanged numbers and left. I ran down the street to Rians since he didnt live far. I knocked on the door and his mom answered, she looked worried. Probably because i was out of breath.
"Alex!, whats going on!?" she said
"I-...is...is Rian home?" i said trying to catch my breath
"Hes in the kitchen, come in" she said and let me in and i walked into the kitchen and Rian looked at me surprised
"Hey Alex, did you run the mile?" he laughed
"Here" i said shoving the pictures in his hands
"Whats this?" he asked
"I met with Kyle, he said these were tooken at my house by ghost hunters...he let me borrow them" i said starting to relax
"Woah dude" he said looking through them
"I know!" i said
"This is nuts, this is a demon!" he said pointing to the black mass
"Really?!" i said
"Yeah" he said
"Damn!. He also drew these symbols that are in my house, i havnt seen them though" i said handing him the paper
"Wow!. Man, we need to go show these to my cousin" he said, his cousin is the one that let us borrow the ghost hunting kit. She knows everything there is to know about this stuff
"I was hoping you'd say that" i said
We left his house and drove to his cousins house, i was feeling anxious about the fact that she might be able to help. We got to her house and went to the door and knocked, she answered immediently.
"Rian!" she said
"Hey Ella" he said
"Whose this?" she said
"This is my friend Alex, the one thats house is haunted. Alex this is my cousin Ella. Shes our paranormal expert. She went to school for paranormal stuff" he said
"Awesome. Hi" i said
"Hi Alex, so what can i do for you two?" she asked
"We have some stuff for you to look at, we need your expertise" he said
"Always happy to help, come on in" she said and she led us into her kitchen
"So heres what we have" Rian said and i set everything i had down
"Wow these pictures are incredible!" she said
"Mhmm. Do you recognize these symbols?" i asked
"Hmm...not sure, i have a book behind you that has symbols in it and their lore. Take a look" she said and Rian passed me the book and i looked through it and found one
"Okay i found one of them, this one is a sign for possessions signaling that their a possibility in a home. People put them for warning...eww, freaky" i said
"Thats totally weird" Rian said
"This one i have seen!, its a curse usually aiming towards the males in the family" Ella said
"Wow!, that old man haunting my house who hates guys probably cursed me and Kyle and any other guy whose lived there" i said
"Well if we find the symbol and destroy it, maybe curse will break" Rian said
"But my house will still be haunted" i said
"But you wont" he said
"Rian this could anger the spirit more" Ella said
"Its worth a shot" he said and i thought about it and nodded
"Yeah, what have i got to lose" i said unsure
