Silence Amongst the Screams

We're standing in the kitchen, we each have a spoon and a tube of cookie dough. The boys run out of the dark hallway and stop dead in their tracks as they see us. They stare eyes flicking between our smiling faces and the tubes of cookie dough.
"Wha-What are you doing with those?" A shivering Zeke asked.
We slowly opened the tubes and dug out a large spoonful each their soaking bodies slowly backing away from us. We look at each other and nod (you know the way we do). We stick the spoonful of cookie dough in our mouths and start to laugh at them. Oh come on they're soaking wet, shivering and backing away from girls with cookie dough. They look at each other puzzled then it hits them, they start glaring at us. A knock at the door startles us.
