Hospital and Relaxation
Pierres POV:
I rushed Deliah to the hospital, i was so scared i didnt know what the hell was happening. It only took ten minutes to get to the hospital and when we went inside a nurse rushed Deliah somewhere. I was handed paperwork which i filled out pretty fast and i took it back to the receptionist, she told me to take a seat and wait which annoyed me. I sat down and called my mom and Deliahs mom and they both said they were gonna come to the hospital, i was glad because i didnt wanna sit alone. A little while later my mom and Delilahs mom came into the waiting room.
"Pierre whats going on!?" my mom said sitting down next to me
"Delilah started having pains, i probably over reacted by taking her here but it was the only thing i thought of to do" i said
"It was a smart idea Pierre" Delilahs mom said and i nodded
"So what was going on when the pain started?" my mom asked
"We were arguing because i never told her about our tour and-...this is all my fault! if somthing happens i'll never forgive myself!" i said freaking out
"Sweetie no its not, and the pain is probably nothing. Relax" my mom said
"Yeah true" i said
"Whose here for Delilah Bouvier?" a doctor said coming out and we all stood up
"We are" i said
"Is she okay!?" Delilahs mom said
"Shes doing alright but it seems she was starting to go into pre-term labor. We managed to stop it though, her and the baby are both doing great" the doctor said
"Good" i said
"What could have caused that to happen?" my mom asked
"Well stress is the main thing, does she have any stress in her life right now?" the doctor said
"Yeah our daughters sick and she just learned today that im leaving with my band to go on tour for a few months next week" i said
"That was probably the cause" she said
"Yeah" i said
"Shes fine, she needs to stay overnight for observations and then she can leave tommarow. I advise she take a few days off work and just rest" she said
"Okay. Can we go see her?" i said
"Yes, one at a time" the doctor said and my mom and Delilahs mom motioned for me to go
I followed the doctor down the hall to Delilahs room, she was sitting in the bed with a IV in and a nurse was checking her stats. When the nurse saw us she finished up and then left with the doctor. I went over to the bed and sat down.
"Hey" Delilah said
"Hey baby" i said
"So, im gonna be okay. So is the baby" she said
"I heard. Im so happy" faking a smile
"Whats wrong?" she said
"Nothing i just feel like i caused all this, and i pretty much did. And ive been thinking for the past half hour. Maybe i should post-pone the tour" i said
"No!, dont do that because once the babys born you'll be off for a while. You need to do this tour. I want you to do this tour, i know i seemed like i dont want you to but i do. I was just mad because i did hear about it from you, dont cancel" she said
"Well...fine i wont" i said
"Good" she said kissing me
"Mhm" i said
"So when do i get to go home?" she said
"Tommarow" i said
"Damn!" she said
The next day me and David went to pick up Delilah from the hospital. I pushed her to the car in a wheelchair and i helped her into the car, she gave me a 'what the hell' look and got in. When we got home i was gonna help her walk inside but she got out of the car before me and went inside. I went inside and she was talking to Natalie, i sat down next to them.
"whats going on?" i said
"Nothing" Delilah said annoyed
"Are you mad at me?" i asked
"Dude its probably hormones" David said and and Delilah flipped him off
"So are you mad?" i asked
"Yep. You really didnt need to help me into the car, im fine" she said
"Thats why your mad?!, i just thought it was a good idea" i said
"Well it kinda annoyed me, i like being able to do things for myself if im capable of doing it and i was capable of getting in the car so..." she said trailing off
"Whatever i cant deal with your nutty hormones, your so up and down its ridiculous. Natalie hows Isobella?" i said
"Shes feeling better, shes in her room watching tv" Natalie said
"Good" i said
The next day i got up early, Delilah was taking the week off and i had to take Isabella to school. I got her up and helped her get dressed and she had breakfast and then we left at 8. We got to the school and i walked inside carrying her, people looked at me weird. I assumed it was because i didnt bother getting dressed and was in pajama pants, whatever their just jelous i can dress comfy. while we were walking Isabella started talking to me.
"Daddy?" she said
"Yeah?" i said
"Why didnt mommy come?" she asked
"Shes taking the week off" i said
"Ohhhhh" she said dragging out her H and we walked into her classroom
"Hello Isabella!, oh and Mr. Bouvier this is a surprise. Usually your wife brings her in" Isabellas teacher said
"Yeah but Delilah has to take the week off and rest so im on carpooling duty all week. Except after school her uncle Eric is picking her up" i said and Isabella got excited, she loves Eric
"Oh okay. Is everything okay? i know shes pregnant" the teacher said
"Yeah had a bit of a emergency last night, but shes fine and so is the baby but she needed a week off to get her stress and stuff under control" i said
"Good, well i hope she feels better" she said
"Thanks. Have fun Bella" i said and kissed Bellas forehead and put her down
"Bye daddy" she said and i left
I went back to my car and drove home, i really just wanted to get back to bed since its early. I got home and to my surprise Delilah was up and so was Natalie. I said hi to them and went to bed, i would stay up if it wernt for the fact that im exhausted. I woke up a little while later to someone straddling me. I opened my eyes and it was Sebastien.
"Hes awake!" Sebastien yelled
"Get off me" i whinned
"Get up. Its 10" he said
"Fine" i said and he got off my lap and i got up and we went out to the livingroom
"Good morning sunshine" Natalie said
"Hey" i said
"Your up!" Delilah said
"Mhmm, how are you feeling?" i asked
"Sore, the baby is making me feel sick" she said
"Well thats a good thing" i said sitting down and kissing her and then hugging her to my chest
"Babe let go, i gotta puke" she said
"Never" i said and she puked in my lap
"Ewww" Sebastien and Natalie said
"Thanks babe, thats so sweet" i said sarcastic and she got up and ruffled my hair and walked off
