The Life and Times of Parker Staal
Parker's First Year
A few days after Tanya and Parker comes home from the hospital, she and Parker sleep a lot together. Eric smiles every single time. A few months pass and they're back in Carolina. They show Parker off to the entire team and the team and they're families love him. Every so often, some of Eric's team mates and their wives offer to babysit Parker when they go out to dinner. The teammates and their wives seem to have a great time baby sitting Parker.
When Parker is about 6 months, he starts teething. Tanya and Eric ends up getting a few more soothers for him to suck on as his teeth start to grow in. He starts to grow a fair bit during the hockey season. He also gets a little bit more blonde hair. Tanya loves spending her time with Parker. It's finally time to go back to Thunder Bay and everybody is thrilled to have Eric, Tanya and Parker back home. Everybody is having fun with Parker and saying how much he has grown.
And when his birthday comes around, it's a hot, humid day. His birthday party is Cars themed and everyone has a good time. He gets a bunch of new toys that he starts to play with right away.
