Battle of the Bands

-Julie's Point Of View-

Once all the bands got on the bus it was a little...crowded. I ended up squished in between David and Sebastian who didn't seem to mind in the slightest.

"So we're going to Vegas?" I questioned.

"Yup. Viva Las Vegas!" David said loudly, causing a chain reaction of echoes throughout the bus.

"How long is it going to take to get there?" I asked.

"Like three hours." David answered.

"Maybe four." Seb added.

"Great." I muttered as my shoulders slumped.

"What's the matter?" Seb asked.

"I'm just really tired." I replied.

David nodded an all-knowing nod, "Ahh yes, I would be tired too if I attempted a grand escape at six in the morning."

I sighed before I leaned my head on David's shoulder, "So why is everybody riding on the same party bus instead of their respective tour buses?"

"Sometimes the tour buses go ahead of the bands and we take the party bus a few hours later. But both modes of transportation are avalible." David explained. He started to say something else, but I let out a wicked yawn and my eyelids felt uncontrollably heavy as they slid closed.

"Wake up. Julie, wake up." someone said as they shook me awake.

I opened my eyes to see Bill standing in front of me. I noticed most everyone else had gotten off the bus or were making their way off the bus.

"Where are we?" I asked as I stood up and stretched.

"Vegas!" Bill said happily as he jumped up and down. "C'mon, let's go!" he said as he took my hand and led me off of the bus.

Once we were outside I realized we were checking in at the Luxor. "Sweet, I love this casino." I said as I smiled.

Bill turned around to look at me, "You've been here before?" he asked.

"Uhh, yeah. Once when I was fourteen... So how is this rooming thing going to work out?"

"Oh, that's easy." Bill said quickly, "Guys share, two to a room while girls get their own." he said before he ran up to his band, leaving me alone and still somewhat confused.
