If Love Is Sweet, What Is This, Draco Malfoy?

History

I woke up the next morning and got changed quickly, before going to lessons early. I was happy that Snape couldn’t take points off for being late today, and sat down at my seat. I then realised that Draco sat next to me in potions, and my happiness faded. Snape did not even acknowledge me as he started writing up the instructions on the board. The people slowly started filing in, and Draco came in last, just after Blaise. Blaise smiled at me in a friendly way and took his place. I was glad that turning him down hadn’t ruined our friendship, and grinned back, before glaring as Draco sat next to me. I ignored Draco and even though we were supposed to work in a pair, I ignored him and did my own work. Obviously I failed miserably but I didn’t really care to be honest. Faye saw my potion, and sneered at me. Even Kat smirked a little.
“What’s wrong? Boyfriend not helping with your potion?” Faye asked loudly. It was weird how every time someone said something like this to me, Snape had always left the lesson a little earlier. I glared at her
“Leave her, Faye. She’s not worth it” Kat said dully.
“Your mum’s not worth it” I spat, and all the boy’s made an ‘ohhh’ sound as I cussed Kat. Kat didn’t really care that much, but Faye did.
“Don’t talk about her mum, slag!” Faye spat. I glared at her
“Stop talking to me you skanky whore!” I shot back. Everyone seemed to be enjoying our argument.
“Why should I bitch?” Faye spat, before pulling out her wand. I was one second early, and realising my wand was in my bag, I punched her face. It turns out I can punch girls, just not guys. I smirked as she fell off her chair and onto the floor, and everyone started laughing while Kat tried to help her up. I unzipped my bag, pulled out my wand and held it at Faye’s throat
“You call me a bitch one more time, I’ll stick this wand through your eye!” I threatened. She glared at me, and then shouted a spell that made me slam back into Draco so that he ended on the floor with me on top of him. I got up and then shouted another spell at Faye so that she flew through the wall and slumped into a pile on the floor. Kat raised her wand at me, but Daphne jumped in between us and shoved her wand right in Kat’s face
“You do anything to Maia and you’ll be joining your friend, Kitty Kat” Daphne spat, as she called Kat her nickname. Kat glared at her
“Go die in a hole, rodent” she hissed, before sitting back down.
“Why don’t you?” Daphne said, before tipping Kat’s chair forward so that Kat slid down and whacked her chin on the table, biting off the tip of her tongue accidently, and then fell onto the floor. She screamed and spat out blood from her mouth and I wrinkled my nose before having my head smashed down onto the ground by an invisible force. I got up slowly, holding my head and feeling dizzy as I looked around, and then located Faye with her wand held high. I hexed her and she screamed, falling onto her knees as the pain erupted through her, and big slashes appeared all over her body. I had learnt that spell off Snape, even though he didn’t know it. I only learned it because I heard Harry had hexed Draco with that spell, and Draco was completely limp and weak. I knew it was evil but would come in use one day. That day was today. I smirked as I saw her struggling on the floor, bleeding to death. I honestly didn’t care if she died right now. Everyone seemed horrified. Even Daphne looked taken aback. Draco had gone white as he saw Faye
“Maia what did you do?” he whispered, and I slapped him across the face hard, so that his head turned sideways from the force and he was bleeding from his mouth
“I’ve had enough of your petty little lies, Malfoy! It’s always ‘I love you Maia, always know that’ and then you turn right back round and it’s like you’ve just slapped me in the face. Now you can know how that feels, man whore!” I spat, before walking out of the class and shoving Snape out of the way as he started to ask ‘what I thought I was doing’. “SCREWING YOUR MUM!” I yelled in an answer to his question, and left the room.
