Charlotte can't remember, in fact, no one even knows her name is Charlotte, she chose it herself after waking up to Inuyasha carrying her to the village with a total mind sweep. She's from Kagome's time for sure, at least from her clothes it seems that way. She hates sharing a set of time with Kagome though, she doesn't like anything dealing with Kagome, except Inuyasha that is.
