Like I've Always Been

Short. Simple. Straight-forward.

The prompt is one that i saw sparks. posted:

Put your mp3 player/computer on shuffle and write a story based on the first song that plays. The catch is that you have to finish the piece before the song ends.

I decided to expand it and make each song into a chapter - short chapters, of course, and possibly ones that have holes, since the song lengths are the timer.

Note that the songs are the chapter titles, and that the perspective alternates between two OCs (who have yet to be named) by chapter.
